Bought the used engine for my Hyundai Sonata 2012. After the installation, it's been 5-6 months past already and it is working very well and hoping that it would last a very long time. Very helpful and pleasant front desk staff. Appreciated the business done with them. Cheap, affordable rates for used parts. Highly recommended.

Please, don't go and buy parts from those people. Not reliable at all. They sold the wrong part without putting any marks on it, and then they said they didn't sell this part as there is no mark on the part. What a frustration!

Buyer beware. They sent us the wrong axle, and it was shot, and when we drove from BC to return it, they refused to accept it first claiming that we took all the best parts from it and that it wasnt the same one. After we showed them the emails, pallet it came on, the pictures, and receipt, another worker came out and finally offered us half of the price of its cost, not including the shipping costs. Overall out over 500$ and we will never be going back.

Perfect place to go get ripped off, would give zero stars if I could. Took off the wrong parts for me 3 times, overcharged and charged extra for their mistakes. And in the end was given broken parts that I can’t use or return.

I recently had a highly unpleasant experience at AB Auto Parts in Calgary, Alberta. I purchased a used auto part from them, only to find out that it was incorrect according to my trusted mechanic. Naturally, I decided to return the part and get my money back, but what followed was an absolute nightmare.Upon returning to the shop, I explained the situation to the staff, armed with my receipt as proof of purchase. Shockingly, they flatly refused to accept the return, citing the absence of imprints on the part. It was evident that they had no intention of investigating further or verifying the authenticity of the part.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! They sent a broken transmission. When called and asked about why they had sent a broken transmission they told us it was not there markings on the transmission. Def the worst place to buy parts.

Ordered a 2011 Kia Sorento 3.5 litre engine. They had one at a good price, it was ordered and delivered to the shop. Upon inspection, it was determined that the oil pump should be replaced, and AB Auto Parts honored their warranty without any problems. The engine was installed, works perfectly, and they picked up the core and paid out the core charge. Nice to do business with a company that actually does what they say they will do!
