I'm presently eating a bag of stale, non crunchy Jalepeno cornuts. The coated bbq penuts are ok. That's all ut takes to get a bad review. Staff should be eating bulk food daily cuz it gets exposed to air too much. Boo

I was unable to use my own measuring scoops to measure out exactly what I needed. The lady was a but rude about telling me no. Then she let me use some of their measuring cups with a bag in it which not only made my measuring off but really hard to do.

For a bulk store, I think the prices should reflect that...but I don’t see this here. $11/kg for smooth peanut butter is very steep...even the small local health food store has better prices....

Bulk burn is great but as of late I'm not sure what's going on with the company. There's a lot of things that they're not carrying anymore and they're bringing in a lot of no name products or not at all. Not sure if it's a pandemic thing going on or a border issue, but I wish they would fix it
