I brought my Westie Oliver for his grooming. We had a difficulty to find someone who will do hand striping as he was groomed with just regular cut twice prior this. Fantastic team at Scooby Groom was amazing, they did a very good job. Oliver was so calm and relaxed after his visit.

Amazing service. My dog just got groomed here and they did a great job. Only issue I had was my dogs tail wasn’t shaved but I find it cute so I didn’t bother saying anything about it. My dog stepped on something on the way into the groomers and she bled by the front desk. They stopped the bleeding fast and did an amazing job with her. I will definitely be back, super affordable as well!

I was initially worried about leaving my dog to a new groomer as our previous groomer is not well. I was very happy her groom and most importantly my dog looked so happy and relaxed. I would give this place a try. My dog and I had a great experience. I would definitely go back and get my dog groomed there again.

I recently took my dog to this pet grooming service and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service. My dog had her blow dry, ear cleaning, nail trimming, brushing, and keratin treatment, and the results were outstanding.The staff members were very friendly, professional, and caring toward my pet. They took their time to ensure that my dog was comfortable throughout the entire grooming process. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment.What impressed me the most was the keratin treatment, which left my dog's fur looking shiny, smooth, and healthy. The groomers were knowledgeable about the best products to use for my dog's specific needs, and they were very gentle and patient during the grooming process.Overall, I highly recommend this pet grooming service to anyone who wants to give their furry friend the best possible care. The staff members are highly skilled and experienced, and they truly care about the well-being of your pet. Thank you for the excellent service!

I don’t usually post regarding my experience ( good or bad ) but because this was my dog.. I had to. I brought my dog in for a grooming this week, everything seemed amazing until the next morning. She woke up with all these super red patches along her face. I contacted my veterinarian who informed me that these are due to razor burns. I’ve taken my dog numerous times to a spa closer to my house but recently moving to Toronto I wanted a new location. Overall the service is amazing, the owner is very sweet and they did a good job with her haircut but the razor burns could have absolutely been prevented. It was so sad to see how uncomfortable she was. We were able to apply some antibacterial cream along with aloe. I would recommend this salon. I would overall recommend the salon.

If you are looking for professional, loving service for your pooch this is the place to go. My dog was very matted and messy, she came home looking and smelling gorgeous.Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything with patience and professionalism. For any added service they will ask you first before doing it and charging you after. We are so happy to have found them.Thank you so much Scooby-Groom! ❤️
