It is rare that I write reviews, but Curtis deserves to be recognized for the positive experience I had with him as my realtor.I had lived in the same community and home for many, many years and had recently retired. I made the decision to move to a smaller community.Curtis’s work ethics was impeccable. He worked very hard for me and took no shortcuts. He knew what would sell my home. It included a team of professionals from staging, to photography and measurements. I appreciated his recommendations and I learnt a lot. Happily my home was sold quickly.To purchase the new home required many back and forth negotiations with the seller. His efforts paid off. We were able to close the deal with the amount I expected from the start.As fate would have it, while moving in, I discovered an issue, that required the service of a plumber. Curtis persistence helped me collect full payment, for the repair, from the seller.Curtis is an excellent realtor. I was so impressed by his knowledgeable, courteous and diligent service.
