I purchased Dragon Software for school here; after my payment, a download code and instructions for this software were expected, but the company did not afford anything to me. My first contact with the company yields no results or respond to my email. My second contact , the company said it was probably my fault because their records showed that the code was sent to me and the typical excuse to check my junk/spam folder. To that effect, there was no correspondence in my inbox or junk or spam folder. Now, almost six months later, they sent me a code for something I no longer need, with the caveat that there are no refunds on software that I never received. Also, no other solutions were offered except for the impression of “too bad too sad.”Based on my experience, in my opinion, I would be careful as it appears the company does not exist behind the products they sell, and I now feel cheated and ripped off.
