Love this place. Great staff, great produce, and an overall great service! Fresh food delivered right to the door, local when possible and usually a good variety. I would highly recommend!!

Very disappointed with this company. The primary reason being that they delivered bad food to me on several occasions. I have had bad tomatoes, pears, watermelons, squash, oranges. Nearly every basket I received contained food that was old and dried out in the middle, mold on it, or just plain rotten. I subscribed for about 3 months before cancelling.Further to that, their website is insecure, they don't update their customers on hours and make it difficult to cancel your standing orders.The general idea of this business is important. I think buying organic produce from local farmers is a wonderful thing. I just dont think Ottawa Organics is taking this movement as seriously as they could be.

Ottawa Organics is literally the best. I have been buying their vegetable and fruit boxes for the last couple of years. Time and time again I am blown away by the quantity and the quality of the products. Not to mention, we have saved so much money on produce by purchasing their boxes! If you are looking for the perfect organic vegetable/fruit box, look no further!

This business is excellent. Timely delivery and exactly as described.We order premium breads and dairy only, to be on the safe side.Not cheap for sure, but well worth it, considering that grocery goods are delivered right to your door.

I have been a customer of Ottawa Organics in the past, but moved and am now just starting again. I just called to confirm my drop-off and I had the most competent service. The man was able to tell me approximately when my basket would be delivered, where his delivery trucks currently were, and when I provided special instructions for drop-off he validated on maps. It's the attention to detail and small things that make all of the difference. Thank you so much! So happy to have such excellent service.

Love it!! Sometimes the freshness is not guaranteed, but 95% of everything is great otherwise. I enjoy the variety and trying new veggies! Service and communication has always been easy with the company. I cancel during seasonal changes so things don't cook/freeze and I've never had a problem!

I have been a customer for over 2 years and I've never had any issues. Their customer service is fantastic and so is the produce selection. A bit expensive but very comparable to the farmer's markets and their delivery is free and reliable. I would absolutely recommend!

Very professional service and many great items to choose from. I find the website easy to navigate, select, and change your options. I appreciate if something isn't available the cart gives me a heads-up so I can make a replacement. Also, I love that there is an email notification and live tracking to tell me when my groceries will arrive. This helps me save valuable time and plan my day much better. Thanks Ottawa Organics :)

I have been a customer of Ottawa Organics for several years now. Matt and the team at Ottawa Organics are friendly and super reliable - rain, shine, hail whatever. They are also super responsive whenever something is slightly off and always very accurately register my changes in standing orders. Ottawa Organics is good value, supports local agriculture, helps me lower my carbon footprint and saves me time. Love it!!!

They got my order wrong the second week in, including my standing weekly order, and they don't communicate interruptions to their services well enough in advance. Disappointed as I had very high hopes. There also isn't any attempt to retain customers when they do make mistakes. But the delivery and quality is very good.
