Called on a Sunday as we were locked out of a running car. Cruse was there within 30 min and had it open in less than 5 min!! $125.00 so not bad for a Sunday emergency. Highly recommend them

A huge thank you to this company. I'd had a very long evening doing the run around with my insurance company for roadside assistance for a vehicle lockout. Back and forth for 5 hours standing in a parking lot. Just before midnight, I finally gave up and found these guys. They were there in just a few minutes and had the car open in a jiffy. Truly my hero on a night I was so very frustrated and tired. Thank you!

The employees are always polite and friendly. Their prices are more than fair and working in property management we frequently need keys, locks re-keyed and lock out services and they show up for us 100% of the time! They are definitely a blessing!!

08 Tundra, not a typical vehicle lock out, this was the tail gate, which was further protected by the soft tonneau cover that was mechanically locked to that. I called on a Saturday, and since I was still drivable, I was directed to his house. The locksmith (A former AOC - Aviation Ordnance Chief), got to work, trying to pick the lock, unfreeze the lock with spray lubricant. nothing was working, it was really being stubborn....He finally decided to cut a working key with the intention of really forcing it along, could not use my key, as it was the ignition key as well so if the key breaks better to be a copied key. He put the copied key in, a little twist and bammmmmm the tail gate was open. In the end I got two spare working tailgate keys, and my crisis was solved!!! Cost me 20 dollars. This was best locksmithing service I have EVER had, professional, prompt, truly a master class in service!!! You have a lock problem on island.....CALL THIS SHOP!!!

Service was excellent. Less than 20 minutes from call to completion of helping me! They also make keys at a reasonable price! Their prices have remained fair over the years. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for professional and courteous help.

Great service! We locked our keys in our BMW on a Sunday. I called and left a message then received a return call in less than 15 minutes. He showed up in his Sunday best ( literally strait from church) to our BMW in less than 15 minutes from the return phone call. Very professional and courteous! Made this frustrating event quick and easy. Best part, only 100 bucks even on a Sunday. Highly recommend!!

Keys got locked inside of my truck while camping, gave these folks a call around 20:00 and they were out in about half an hour and was back in the truck within 5 minutes. If I'm ever in this situation again and out on the island, I know just who to call! Definitely saved the night
