Entry door with two side panes. Looks great, installation was very professional, efficient, courteous. Very happy with finished product. Only complaint was lead time - 9 months. Maybe temporary, but competitors were much shorter

Super disappointed.We did order windows and doors back in April 2021.It is still missing 2 basement windows and we are still waiting to replace 4 new windows installed by Verdun. The windows to be replaced have a lot of scratches.About the door.4 times Verdum came to our house to install our door.A lot of scratches, missing the door handle (long bar), missing silver details and more.All the times Verdun sends the installers to out house, they send the very same scratchy door.The last time, today, they sent us the very same messed up door without the door handle.Maybe one day they will send the installers without the door to install.****** owner answer:Hi Carlos

Verdun replaced a custom window that had been installed 5 years prior by a predecessor company that they took over. The glass pane was under warranty. All correspondence and dealings with Verdun were professional and timely and there was never any question that they would not honour the warranty. Verdun provided updates as to when the replacement pane would be ready and called to book an appointment to install. Installation was on time and performed by high quality professionals. Excellent work, very nice people. I would highly recommend.

Jason and Rhys were both friendly and professional, with an eye for detail. They came right on time and cleaned up everything beautifully. Our new door looks great! I definitely recommend Verdun if you want the job done well.

Just had a patio door installed by Verdun I would highly recommend Verdun . They guys were professional , respectful and efficient . Just placed my order with Verdun for windows and a patio door. Thus far I have given them a 4 star rating as it will be some time before the install. Aymeric was a great representative for the company. He was on time and responsive to every question I had. I highly recommend that if you are getting new windows and doors that you give Verdun a call and at least get a quote.

Beautiful windows! The installation was quick and extremely professional. Our sales person, Mike was excellent. He responded quickly to any inquires. BUT …….The customer service was extremely poor. We waited 14 MONTHS from sale to installation. Never once did Verdun contact us about the delay and what to expect. When we finally got an installation date the crew didn’t show up and no one called us to tell us. We had to keep calling them. All that said and done we love out new windows. I think though .—- Verdun appears to have overbooked and cannot meet the demand.
