Co-op Gas Bar

This has to be one of the better CO Ops in Regina. The staff are friendly and courteous and make sure your needs are met.

My favourite gas station. It has a car wash, full service, lots of choices for food/snacks and is always clean. There is access from both major streets that it sits on the corner of.The outside staff are always friendly but the inside staff have been just ‘okay’ in comparison.

Clean and the staff are nice, but the counter person is definitely overworked. Maybe have the other counter open during busy hours, so there isn't a 10 minute wait time to buy things.

My bf asked the gas attendant to put in 20$ and he put in 80$, he never repeated anything to him also, never asked him if he wanted his windows or oil checked also. Luckily he didn’t have to pay the full 80$ but he did have to pay 50$. Honestly if that happened to me I would refuse to pay for what I didn’t ask for, it’s not my fault the guy didn’t listen, should have came out of his pay cheque for HIS mistake.Rant over.

Reasonably new facility, lots of pumps and a car wash, with both self serve and full serve. Carry both gas and diesel, at about the same price as anyone else and the place is generally clean with helpful and friendly staff. Well situated on a big intersection, it's an easy stop for fueling up.

I didn’t go inside so I cannot accurately rate the facilities. I used their free air to fill my tires and it worked perfectly. Not many places offer free air anymore.

I come to this Coop often, the staff there are always super kind and friendly especially the female pump attendant! The store and bathrooms are always clean, drinks are always fully stocked and the slurpees are the best !

Horrible experience this morning at 8:30am. Pulled up to the full serve pump, no one was was outside which was fine. Waited a minute and the pump attendants came out and got my gas. I go in side the store and there are 2 cashiers at the till, I grab a drink and go to the till the 2 cashiers are chatting together, neither of which acknowledged me as I walked in. I walk up and the cashier looks at me, scans my drink and goes “coop number?” And I say actually I have a gas as well, and she goes oh, okay. And turns to continue talking to her other cashier and they chatted through my whole transaction. I paid and as I was walking out I said over my shoulder “have a good day ladies” and neither of them said anything to me but continued their chat.

The gas pumps NEED to be serviced for repair. Every time I go here, I play musical chairs with the pumps. On average I have to try 2-3 different pumps because they either wont register me putting in my card OR, it will not allow me to pump out gas after my transaction went through.

It was almost 10:00 a.m. on a Thursday morning. There was a line of about 5 or 6 people, the one girl at the counter was definitely working hard. There was another worker standing around doing nothing just watching the lineup and walking back and forth in the front. Terrible customer service, and there's always a long wait whenever I go. I will go elsewhere from now on.
