Treehouse Indoor Playground - South Calgary

We had my two year olds birthday party here last weekend. Anna was terrific in making the experience a special one! We had a great time.

A great experience for children, lots of room to play and lots of activities. There is a good amount of staff, the prices leave a bit to be desired but overall a great experience. Be prepared as lots of children attend, can be a little loud with laughter and fun.

I find this place to be pretty reliable when it comes to what they offer. Generally I am able to find a place to sit, generally when I purchase food it is as I expect it to be. If the place is busy it's loud, more chaotic and less clean. But there's never a line at the font, and I've never not felt it was good value.

This is the best place to bring your kiddos to burn off some energy and have fun indoors! We have spent many days here during the too-hot-to-play-outside days in the summer and the polar vortex days in the winter. My kids love the arcade, ball pits and giant slides the most (me too!) We have had two birthday parties here now, and I'm sure we will have more as my son is asking for his birthday party next month to be here again :) Everything is taken care of for the birthday parties (they provide set-up, clean-up, food, entertainment etc) and the staff is so amazing and helpful! There is a toddler room for the really little ones and lots of seating to sit back and relax while you watch your kids have a blast. Definitely worth checking out!

Lovely staff. Lots if arcade games were broken. Quiet in the morning weekdays. Quite small which helps you keep track of the little ones. Cameras to see all areas. A great time.

We LOVE treehouse. My little is 20 months old and has the best time each time we go! We love the toddler room, great area for building confidence and independence while being in a safe supervised space.Recently we started adventuring out to the big part, we LOVE the cars and LOVE the big slide.Treehouse has become part of our weekly routine, especially during these cold winter! Great alternative to parks!

Absolutely disappointed that half the games are broken, causing the arcade area to be very busy and not enjoyable. The poor staff is being dragged into that room to unjam coins, and unjam tickets constantly which takes away from other tasks. We also noticed how filthy it is in the playground area. An inch of dust on everything and garbage in places that it could easily be cleaned up if you got a ladder out.It would be one of our favourite centers if it wasn't for all that. Won't be back for quite a while until we check it out again.

Half of the machines don't even turn on. The other half most of them are jammed up with tokens or they just steal every third token and probably no one checks because the kids are putting the tokens in. But when do you get three tokens for a dollar you're losing about 30%.The food is the absolute worst I've ever seen. I understand it's not a restaurant but if someone would care to go in & order the cheese pizza and just try and ingest that, good luck. If you can, congratulations but you're going to have issues later.It's also dirty everywhere and they seem to have this idea that putting a stamp on your hand will protect the children from getting abducted. Still trying to work on figuring out how that one works.

Pros: We love taking our kids here. It’s clean, even up where all the kids play. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have food options that are delicious and affordable. Love the seating and we always choose this as our go to destination for the kids to burn off energy. They have a closed off toddler area that, my 13 month daughter just absolutely loves!Cons: the arcade usually has half of its machines out of order, they are in constant need of repair… the ticket count is outrageous. Each ticket is a value of a penny essentially. The ball pit air toys usually are never working or when they are, they are jammed up quite quick. The water fountain for bottles hasn’t worked for a while, but there is still a fountain.All in all, the pro’s outweigh the cons by about 80%.Check it out, your kids and you, will love it.

I wanted to take my 3 year old and 1 year old twins somewhere fun and drove across the city to bring them here. Upon entering I was told I couldn’t bring the stroller in. I can’t find any policy other than needing socks and no outside food on the website. I understand if it’s a policy but it should be stated clearly on the website. Without the stroller I couldn’t help my son with anything including the bathroom which he is afraid of. I asked if I could take it just to help him use the bathroom and was told no with a smile and seemingly zero compassion. Thankfully a kind lady was able to give me a hand as I was in tears in the bathroom trying to figure out how to help my son go pee before he had an accident without letting my babies crawl around on a public bathroom floor.As I was putting the wagon aside, holding a purse and had two babies under my arms while trying to get my toddler in, the employee was very short stating that the babies (that can’t walk) needed socks (that were in my pocket so I could put them on when they were distracted so they wouldn’t immediately pull them off).My kids had a wonderful time but because I couldn’t set the babies down safely, it was very difficult for me on my own and the passive aggressive treatment of the employee had me quite emotional and upset. Again, I understand that it’s a policy but it should have been clear on the website and the employee could have been kinder. It honestly felt like she was enjoying watching me struggle.It’s hard as a twin mom to do anything and I’m just starting to try and get comfortable taking them places but this was a reminder of why I can’t give them certain experiences. I’m left feeling heartbroken about the entire trip. I’m still tearing up 6 hours later.
