7-Eleven

On 3 separate occasions I’ve tried to fuel up and the pumps were down and this last time after trying at the pump and inside the store I was charged a total of $375 with out receiving any fuel.. and no effort to refund my money. Not a pleasant experience and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere for now on. Terrible experience.

Stopped in for something quick to eat. Lady behind the counter was very rude . Chicken strips were very dry , when I came back in with them to tell the clerk she said o well and didn't refund me .

Staff was nice. A bunch of the slurpees were mislabeled. Most you could tell were wrong based on the colour, but ones that were the same colour there was no help and ended up getting the wrong kind (didn't match what the label said it should have been)

Well 3 strikes your out. Within the last year have been to this place 3 times all with a dirty store, discussing bathrooms and staff that don't care. Went there yesterday to get a bite and ice coffee to find the ice coffee machine out of liquid and nothing cooked asked the worker to help out and his reply was sorry I can't help you with that but I'll take the cup of ice you have and we dont have any cooks to make food either" ok so slurppee it is. Nope machine is out of order ok I'll get a coffee no I won't go to find all the machines there out of order also like I said 3 times never going back. The girl who was in there the last 2 times I would hope got fired due to the lack of people skills and being a absolute rude person. Head to the esso or CO-OP if traveling through."

They never have any hot food, just lame sandwiches. The lights over the food warmer weren't even turned on, so you know there won't be any chicken any time soon.

Filthy fuel islands, never have paper towel out at the pumps. Filthy store, filthy bathrooms. This store has a long history of rude, incompetent, slow staff. Not sure why I spent my hard earned money here for as long as I did. ID scanning was the last straw for me, will never be back. Do yourself a favor and go to Happy Mart 500 feet away, or Husky for fuel.

Easy access, quick stop, fuel, chicken. Convenience. Some of the staff are outright rude, and extremely slow service. This 7-11 has gone downhill over the past few years. Getting run down and not clean.

Been stopping last 20 years.. last 2 were bad., but we’ll discuss yesterday June 27. Ordered chicken.. with wedges..8 of each.. I tried to bite into each chicken strip.. all woody and hard.. couldn’t eat any.. too hard to chew… u get a new supplier?!.. bought gas.. gave the teller my card .. I said $100… she said I don’t know how that happened.. gave a receipt for two one hundred dollar charges. Hope that clears up at the bank?!I’m done!!!

gave the clerk a $50 for a slurpee. she gave me 2 fives and some loose coins for change. then she moved onto the next customer. I confronted her and got my correct money back. She apologized after I spoke up in front of other customers.

I have been to a lot of 7-11s but none are as friendly and helpful as this one. The staff are friendly, the bathrooms are clean, and the store is well organized. Amandeep was incredible and so kind and patient with my children. She took the time to explain the Rewards Program to ensure I received discounted products. Excellent service!
