Extremely disappointed with there attention to detail drop my truck off Thursday. I told him I would pick it up on Saturday.I paid and picked up my truck after hours. Saturday evening extremely disappointed with the cleaning of the truck runningboards extremely filthy. Still inner wheel wells never even had water on them and overspray from tire dressing all over the side of the truck. The one request I had was to roll the Tonnele cover up and clean the box never even put a spray of water in the box, complete waste of money. I might as well have driven it through a $15 drive-through car wash I would’ve got the same results never again would not recommend this place to anyone. I will be calling them Monday morning to see how they want to rectify it. Maybe I will have to put another post up after that conversation time will tell.

Top service. Top people. Too bad supply chain cannot get parts in a timely fashion.

Friendly staff at your service. Got our truck in for unexpected maintenance and fixed within 24 hrs. Only one vehicle available for rent, but they gave me ride to Avis so I could get a rental. Technician made a video of the problem showing exactly what was wrong and texted it to me. Easy way to understand the issue. They fixed it and performed a few other routine maintenance items, got us back on the road next day. Kudos for a great job.

Tried to buy a vehicle here years ago and got lied to by salesman bout which vehicle was gonna be bought, was gonna get ripped on trade in. Now they are in the process of screwing my brother over a set of winter tires that they said were included (even on paper) with the truck and now they say it doesn’t come with winters and only offer to pay half of the tires that they said it was going to come with. No integrity lol

They were eager to help me out other than the fact I went to wrong department for help. The gentleman I talked to was more than willing to help me get to the right department I was looking for.

I just made an appointment for an issue with the transmission on my newly bought certified-used Silverado. I am hoping for the best. Will post updates.I made an appointment. A date was selected but changed when I told them it was for the transmission. The date was changed strangely, because they don't do transmissions on that day. The new date will take me over my 30 day window to exchange the vehicle.
