Storm Internet has been great in providing their services to us.for over 10 years. From all areas of Customer Service their staff are courteous and knowledgeable. In recent months their technical team extended our tower and with their advice upgraded our package. As we live in a rural area where wireless is our only option we would not look at any other company. If I could mark lower, I certainly would. Terrible response times, poor speeds, intermittent connectivity, large blocks of time without internet, and a really poor attitude from most reps spoken to. You do not get what you pay for with this company. STAY AWAY.

I have been a customer of Storm since 2019 and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of services they provide. I work from home and need stellar Internet to do my job: Storm has provided this for me since 2019. The staff is always helpful and fair (Jeremy, thank you for always answering to my questions!). I had a technician come over recently to upgrade my package and he went above and beyond answering my questions, helping me troubleshoot issues I was having with my hardware. There are people on here who complain that speeds are unreliable. This is most likely due to your router, not an issue on Storm's part. I switched mine and everything was in order. Thank you storm for providing Internet I know I can count on! It truly makes working from home stress free! :D

The crew at Storm have been excellent. The installers were polite and informative about the equipment and install. Everything was explained clearly. I had a question about my bill ( because I didn’t read all the emails first), and the customer support helped me by explaining each aspect of my bill.They are thorough and friendly. I’d recommend them to everyone.

A 1 is generous! When we bought our house we waited 3 months to get our service, that was 10 years ago. But we forgave because it was a great service and the staff was wonderful. They would call to tell you to up your plan as your usage was close. The last 4 years has been awful and I mean awful. Over charging, no service for weeks but yet charged full price, extra data on all 3 kids phones so they could do online work for school. My wife has been the one emailing and calling and she has gotten now where with these people. She went to the highest person in the company and was told by him that he would he would certainly make it better and call back. He sure did he the salesman said $12,000 for a new tower or $1100 for a pole near the road. She told him no way Starlink is now $350 BTW we got it for $199 and it amazing. So she did a review and low and behold Storm actually called her with her constantly complaining and asking for call backs. They were trying to save the business(too late)and would call her back last week with what they would do credit wise because Starlink may not work out and you may want to come back". What a joke no call as usual with this company. People beware

As a new subscriber to Storm I was impressed with the customer service I received on the phone.. as well as the installation technicians who went above and beyond to ensure everything was working well before they left. My actual internet service so far has been wonderful with no issues when heavy rain is falling or if two people are watching a movie. Thank you for you calls to verify our level of satisfaction and to hear any concerns. I recommend this service wholeheartedly!

Storm used to have the best customer service around; efficient, helpful, friendly. But since covid things have deteriorated. They no longer do service maintenance calls for installed equipment or let you bring routers in for routine rebooting. You can $150 to start to have someone come out to look at an equipment problem that is the result of equipment they originally installed and repaired.I was told that this kind of help was now very expensive AND low priority for them. I have been without functioning internet on part of my network for more than two months, have ordered over $350$ with of equipment which was supposed to fix the problem with no success. I have spent hours in the phone.I am spending large amounts of money running to compensate with phone data saved trying to study and do assignments on my phone.Meanwhile Storm charges me every month for internet that I barely get to use.It’s probably time to switch back to Bell but they are a horrible company to deal with. I am so disappointed in Storm. I’d previously recommended them to all and sundry. No longer…

We recently had a lightning strike on the house. All internet was fried.A week after,a crew came out to fix it , but couldn’t because the tower had no guide wires. The tower was installed by Storm contractors.We are still have no internet , TV, banking etc. We have been waiting for another crew to show up to fix the tower and the rest of the system.Today we are told Storm is waiting on a ‘quote’ from the ‘tower crew’.We are now going to have to pay for installation work that we had already paid for.So while we wait for Storm to get a quote that makes little difference as what alternative do we have? Why this wasn’t done during the original installation? Do you not have any quality control with your contractors?We continue to lose our money.My wife is a Doctor and works from home online. So, not only are we losing income every day while we continue to wait, patients are not getting the services that they require .None of this should be news to Storm….as you’ve been told all this.The only reason we have any information from Storm is because we called and asked….there has been no information coming our way.Not an acceptable way to treat your customers.I’m sure we will continue to pay for the service we don’t have, while we wait for it to be fixed.
