I don't know if I just caught this business on a bad day, but my experience with them began and ended with the first call. I was referred to them by one of my parents friends, because I wanted to surprise them, but when I called in to inquire the woman who answered the phone gave me nothing but attitude. I heard good things, and it looked like they do good work, it's unfortunate that the person they have representing them on the phone is so terrible that, I hope other people have a better experience than I did for the business' sake.

Yes you are looking for a new pool or hot tub this is the place to go. They have a good name in the community and are always knowledgeable and quick to help. If you're looking to buy a pizza oven then they have those too

Put a whole jug of chlorine in my pool circulated for 6 hours and it showed 0 chlorine thought maybe it was my test strip tried at neighbours and were working properly. When I complained at store they said there was something wrong with me for complaining and never to come back to store. Have had this pool for 11 years and never has it shown 0 ppm after dumping in whole jug.

Unprofessional, unorganized & had us waiting since August of last year just to end up telling us they didn't want the job and to give it to someone else. Diana didn't elaborate on the pricing of a new pool liner, you have to ask them 20 questions to get the answers you need, as they don't seem to be upfront and tell you everything you need to know. She also speaks to you with an attitude.I would not recommend!

Perciballi Pools & Spas installed my beautiful In-ground pool in July 2020. They are professional, honest and great to do business with. Everyone from the owner, to those that installed the pool and those working in the shop have all be exceptional. Their work is second to none and I'm absolutely LOVING my pool. I will be getting my water testing, chemicals etc only through them because I have trust in them. They've been in business for over 40 years and it shows, they know exactly what they are doing. I highly recommend them. Paul and gang THANK YOU for making my dream come true.
