Wonderful stay. The hotel staff were all very kind and accomodating. We had no issues cancelling a room when our guests had to to leave a day early. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a comfortable stay. We will definitelty be staying again in the future!

It was our first time in Gravenhurst and Muskoka and I was lucky enough to select this amazing hotel. We were a family of 4 with 2 kids and we really enjoyed the place. The location of this hotel is really special with full views of Muskoka Lake.Their breakfast was just fine, may just need to add more variety for vegetarians.Overall, it was a very nice experience.

Rooms are nice. They offer breakfast, but its garbage. Processed food, even the eggs were from a scrambled egg mix that tasted awful. We stayed 3 night and no one came to clean the room or even empty the garbage can.

One of the best Residence Inn hotels I have stayed at. Clean room and bed. Good Gym and pool. Local to walk to food options. Great view if you overlook the lake.

It all started with Kylie, a go-the-extra-mile type of staff member who straightened out an issue we had on the phone with one of those .com" services you can do your "booking"

Beautiful hotel and location. However allowing guests to bring pets to hotel can turn out to be a very bad disturbance for other nearby guests. When we lodged a complaint, reception suggested that we should have requested a room move at 3am Sunday morning where another room had a dog in it which barked intermittently during the night, spoiling our rest. We couldn’t have been the only people who complained- our room was on the second floor with many other guests on the floor. This hotel needs to enforce noise rules. Very disappointing and very unnecessary to allow guests to bring a pet to a hotel when other arrangements can be made. Unfortunate as the hotel was great other than this completely preventable issue.

Stayed here over the years. It's close to downtown. Right by the water, quiet and lots along the Wharf to do from there. Rooms are comfortable, clean and with friendly staff.

Good clean hotel. Great location and staff are friendly . The room had a noisy fan / heater which was a bit of a pain . Also the breakfast staff was overwhelmed and needed help. It was a bit chaotic. However overall a good experience

Hotel is standard, clean and staff are friendly. However, this isn't located in Manhattan; it's in a run-down, boring Ontario town. Priced to take advantage of naive folks from Toronto I suppose. All others know better.

This is our third time staying in this hotel, location and rooms themselves are gorgeous! Probably the best in the area. But 3 stars review is the comparison in service with our previous stays. We stayed this time for 3 nights during Christmas holidays. Breakfast was pretty terrible. Eggs and waffles were tasteless and felt like this was packaged/frozen food, which was just warmed up. Bacon - the same, dry and not eatable. No sausage, potatoes, even cream cheese. It really felt like I’m flying somewhere and this is the food you would get on a cheap flight. By our 3rd day we couldn’t stand this breakfast anymore and just went to search for a better place.During the 3 night stay there was no room service, though we were told that it would be every other day. Garbage in the kitchen stayed for 3 nights in the room and you can imagine there is nothing pleasant about it. For the hotel’s price point and reputation, I expect a little better than this. And please - no excuse that the hotel is understaffed. If it is and you experience challenges, that’s ok and understandable, but the price needs to come down for the inconvenience. Why customers need to pay $300/night, which was actually much cheaper year and 2 years ago and pay for the service issues? Shouldn’t this be the other way around?
