Slava at Holyland Monuments is one of the most professional people I have dealt with in a VERY long time.When my grandmother passed away earlier this year, my family and I began looking for a company to make her a beautiful headstone. I visited quite a few places in my general area but was not satisfied with any of them due to either the exorbitant prices they quoted me or the lack of empathy and customer service they provided. Many were aggressive in their sales approach and tried to upcharge me, in the hopes that our grief would make us compliant.Slava at Holyland Monuments was completely different from every other company. He was kind and understanding as well as patient with me and my mother's requests.He gave us his professional opinions and gave us the appropriate time to think and discuss what was best for our family.His prices were more than fair for the quality that he provided and the end result was absolutely beautiful! We could not have been more happy with how her stone turned out.He was always available to answer all of our (many) questions and was quick to send emails with digital pictures for us to approve. We made a few changes and Slava edited and resent pictures until we were satisfied.He was also able to finish the work quickly and installed the stone for us. Once installed, he sent us pictures for approval.Honestly, I almost never write reviews but I felt compelled to compliment Holyland Monuments on how respectful and kind they were to us during the whole process. I HIGHLY recommend this company for not only their professional customer service, but also their beautiful workmanship!

To decide on a material for mother^s headstone I visited several companies . However, I was not able to choose any particular stone, only the samples were shown.Following my niece^s advice I went to Holyland Monument Company and was able to choose the particular stone from the existing inventory, which gave me a clear understanding of how the headstone will look.I am grateful to the company and Slava in particular for his professional and comforting attitude during the time we have been working on this project.The headstone was done on time with all my requirements addressed and implemented.This company is highly recommended price competitive, professional and responsible.
