Global Pet Foods Edgemont

Global is my new go-to pet store! The staff are very knowledgable, courteous & always helpful. My big dogs are always welcomed with warmth and genuine caring (once my Lab pup even ate a treat from the shelf before I could pull him away. I felt terrible and offered to pay for the treat, but the staff insisted it was no problem & did not charge us!). The selection and quality of the food and goods in this store is unmatched in my experience as a long-time dog owner! I would highly recommend this store to any other pet families who want personalized service and high-quality products! Thanks, Global Pet Foods! You've earned a customer for life!

I have always been welcomed, helped and supported whenever I come into this store.I have gone through 2 emergencies with my cat and everytime the staff are compassionate and help out with changing my cats food and working with her allergies.Their knowledge about cat and dog food is impressive.Thank you!

Looks like a small store from the front but they have a really great selection of toys and treats! Also a good selection of cute dog tags. Brought my dog in and he was greeted with enthusiasm and treats!

Awesome service! Called and they had the food i needed which is great because pet planet never has it in store.

Huge thanks to Sam! She is incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful! She has helped us purchase dog boots for both of our dogs! They both have completely different paw and leg shapes and she helped us find boots that work perfectly! She has helped us many times to look at different food options for our dogs because they both have difficult allergies. She never tries to sell us the most expensive thing, instead she really listens to us and asks us great questions to help us figure out the right options for our dogs.

This store shows how to value customers and their pets. The service provided is excellent. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. Great place to shop for pets.

We started shopping at Cambrian Global when our Golden Doodle Torch was just a pup. The first time I walked in the store I received a huge welcome from the owners. The personalized service and customer engagement is outstanding!! As I got to know the owners and saw their love of what they were doing, they won me over as a customer for life. Global became our second home. The big box stores no longer exist in our vocabulary. When they opened up their second store in Edgemont I was so excited as this store was much closer to home for us. The store manager Brittany is very passionate and knowledgeable about the products she sells. We had issues with what we suspected to be allergies to poultry as ear infections were the norm. Tara, Mark and Brittany all walked us through our options and finally we found something that was perfect, resulting in clear ears. We are now on a partial raw diet. Whenever we come in shopping we know that we are important and they are willing to help us find whatever we need, they take the time to make sure we leave satisfied. Even if I am unsure of something the option is always there to bring it back 100% satisfaction. Jenn is always so helpful and friendly when we come in and need advice, we always leave with an answer to our questions. Torch is always welcome and spoiled when he comes shopping it's a no wonder why this is our go to place for all our needs for our animals. Global Pet Foods is a family owned, quality place to buy food for your pet. They have an amazing selection of foods, and all staff are very educated on pet nutrition. They also donated food when we fostered kittens, and have helped out with a fundraiser we are putting on for a cat rescue. They truly care about giving back and I am so grateful for their support!

Hands down BEST staff around! So helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. They stock everything we need and have been amazing with special orders. Before finding Global Edgemont we would get our food at a variety of pet stores wherever was closest to other things we had to do that day. We are now loyal customers to Global Edgemont because they are so lovely to do business with.Lots of fun events throughout the year (which is how we found them) & a Genuine love for pets and pet health.

I am so thrilled to know of and shop at this Global store as well as the store on Northmount Drive ! I only buy my Dog food, both raw and dry , in these stores and have for many years. I buy most of my supplies here as well and treats .....then I tell everyone I know to shop here as well. Most knowledgeable staff !
