Po-ke
Food was awesome here, prices were reasonable, and the staff were very friendly. We ordered the large poke special bowl(3 scoops of protein!) with white rice, and the sumo dog. Fish and scallop tasted fresh and the sumo dog was the bomb. Their poke sauce is different than most poke places I've been to. Overall great experience and great tasting food! Highly Recommended

Po-ke has the best topping varieties, freshness and most of all, value. Their regular build your own bowl remains the best value I’ve seen from all the Poke places I’ve been to. Received incredible service from Taylor

First time trying a poke bowl, really enjoyed it. Fresh tuna and salmon embedded in a bowl of white rice (brown is available), seaweed, and avocado. Super delicious. Only thing I would've liked more is a bit more sauce, but I think I can request that at time of ordering.Atmosphere is casual and relaxed. Staff are super friendly and very helpful.Menu is easy to look at, we'll laid out and with a great explanation.Overall experience was really good. More of a 4.5 than a 4, but not a 5 yet but it's only a matter of time.

We had the Po-ke bowl, the Traditional bowl and the Hula dog. The Po-ke bowl had nice flavours, the traditional was a bit flat. Not busy at all for Saturday afternoon.

Visited Po-ke for the first time today. The food was fresh, tasty and hearty. The staff was very friendly and everything looked very clean. They also provided customer parking behind the building which made visiting much easier. I will certainly return to fix my next Poke craving..

I love it here — best variety of options (both proteins and toppings) out of any other poke shop/chain nearby. Their app is good for discounts and special offers that you can scan as you pay in person BUT it’s difficult to order through, not all options are available and there are a few mistakes so you’re better off ordering face-to-face. One of these days I’m gonna ask where they get their tamagoyaki, lol, it’s delicious and hard to find as a poke topping. My only real issue: they used to offer a few dollars off if you ordered a bowl with no protein, which was great for me (I’d usually make up the difference adding extra crab which counts as a topping rather than a protein) but that’s not the case anymore. However, whatever keeps the business up and running is A-OK with me!Highly recommend. Best spot for lunch on Center St. and best poke in Calgary by a mile

Good service, good location. The miso soup was good. The poke bowl needed texture! It all felt “slimy”. The oranges were so soft as did the salmon, sauces had a good taste but added to how “extra moist” everything was. The brown rise saved the day giving it texture but when that’s done it’s hard to finish it. It’s almost like you don’t need shewing. This might be very personal, others might preferred it this way. But doesn’t work for me. The service was truly good and I wish y’all all the very best!

Po-ke has consistently been one of the best spots for poke bowls in Calgary over the years. Typically, we will get the Po-Ke special bowl and the hurricane bowl (marinated salmon, special scallop) on brown rice and am always pleased with how they make it.The fish is fresh and you get a good amount of fixins (sometimes could use a bit more of some such as the corn but usually a good serving). The flavors compliment each other pretty well and you can appreciate each individual component (I recommend a bite of pineapple, corn, seaweed salad, and marinated salmon on brown rice together). The bowls are pretty hearty (with the large hurricane bowl) so you'll be plenty full.

A solid 3.5 overall. It's a nice spot that hits the mark with a craving for poke. Pricing ranges from $10-18 (depending on size and also topping/type). Their Po-Ke special bowl was very unique and you get heavy flavours from the overall bowl (the mandarins actually are a good mix to it) I found that the saucing was too heavy on the bowl which overpowered many other toppings along with the sushi rice flavour. Quantity of toppings was ok (heavier on some toppings than others such as seaweed salad and mandarins vs avocado, fish). The musubi side was also ok - rice didn't stick together too well and was a little too salty for my liking.Good cozy ambiance in this shop - well kept and clean. Service was ok - very straight to the point.

I had better poke at other restaurants. I ordered mine from DoorDash and I was disappointed. It seemed like they didn’t take the time to mix the sauce well with different ingredients in the bowl, they just poured the sauce on without mixing it, which lead to the rice to be very dry and doesn’t have any taste. The fish was also not fresh. Most of the sauce was in the seafood and made it so salty while it was originally salty. The mandarine was sour and didn’t mix well with other ingredients. The miso soup is also very salty and sour and looked very dark.Update: after eating the bowl for 2 hours my belly starting to hurt.
