Worked here for 6 weeks, it's very dirty. Not impressed at all. I was being paid close to minimum wage and I got reprimanded over somebody else using too many napkins. Their is nepotism- the lead hand has his son working here, and they do whatever they want while YOU do the work.No room for error, if you mess uo on something they'll remind you over and over again for weeks.Do not work here unless you just got out of jail and need a paycheck. Way better opportunities in brantford.They also do 2 mandatory plant shutdowns. 1 in summer, and 1 at christmas
