This place is always professional and the people know exactly what you need. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, this is the registry to use, can't speak for the insurance side though.

Today I went in last minute to conduct my road test for Class 6. Everyone in the office was very polite, prompt and easy to work with. The instructor Rick was very informative and fair. I'm not to sure why everyone has gave this place bad reviews I had a pleasant experience. I'd recommend Rick for your road test anyday, and for all other needs Astro gets a 5 star rating. Keep up the good work and thanks for a great experience. Cudos

The registry services here are poor at best. I am an out-of-province student struggling to get my vehicle registered after having my vehicle written off and dealing with Astro exclusively. They fed me the wrong information for four weeks instead of directing me to someone who could actually help me. Wasted my time, money, and energy simply because the staff could not admit to not knowing the required process. They were rude and never once owned up to the misinformation and have refused to assist me since contacting them with the CORRECT process that I had to get from elsewhere. Not happy, not coming back, and will never recommend it again. If you need help with anything outside of the typical registration process, don't bother wasting your time, contact any other registry in town, Chaparral Registry being my recommendation.The response to this review should do nothing but confirm the lack of professionalism of this registry. I was never in contact with the Gov of Alberta until provided a phone number this afternoon, it’s crazy that I allegedly was in contact regarding the issue before the issue had even presented itself. And as stated by the registry themselves if YOU want to do the work of figuring out how someone else’s job works, this is the right place for you.

Prompt service provided by well informed staff members who have always been friendly and outgoing anytime I have been in there for something. Friendliness, smiles and even laughing are things that are becoming more of a rarity these days so it is always nice to see it still happens out there. Kudos to all the people that work there for being the change we all would like to see in the world today!

Not recomonded for driving test. Examoners are very racist especialy with immigrant. Again don't go there for driving test.

In person service is reliable, prompt and efficient. Called today for a copy of a receipt for transaction done in 2022 as I had misplaced my copy and much like the in person visit, the phone service was also excellent. Jennifer responded to my request by emailing the receipt immediately. I highly recommend Astro for your motor vehicle registry and licensing need.

Not recommended for any immigrants the will run after your money discrimination is rooted on those old examiners they will fail you without reason we need cameras in the test.
