apartments affordable. management sucks. apartments mid.heat rarely works, and its spring. winter was freezing, asked for service said they couldnt help. windows froze with ice and leaked over the floors causing mold and water damage, no help from management. water temperatures mostly cold. common to hear the heaters banging really loud at anytime of the day. all year round maple bug infestation. cleaners bang the walls and doors at 6am on weekends for vaccuming. you pay for heat and water and parking, but the heat rarely works, the water is rarely the temperature you need and everyone steals your parking spots with management doing nothing to help because they too steal paying peoples parking. had upstairs neighbors shower come through the roof and their version of fixing is covering the hole. when our water went to the downstairs neighbors they ruined our bathtub. if youre looking for a roof over your head go ahead, but definately not an amazing place to live. reccomend lots of blankets for the winter and noise cancelling headphones for all the noise (even during quiet hours) and some type of insect repelent. dont go through avenue living if at all possible. just getting the apartment was a struggle and a half, only to have terrible service and not getting our moneys worth.
