Blaine at Fawcett's is the best. He helped me design a custom engagement ring, sourced a Canadian diamond, and worked with me every step of the way to make sure everything was perfect.After that, he also custom made our wedding bands. My wife and I are both extremely happy and I would 100% recommend anyone looking for a ring to go straight to him.

A great jeweler! I am so happy with the work Blaine and the team did for me. I came in with a chain and a budget, and left with a beautiful lapis pendant that completely exceeded my expectations. I had an excellent experience here. My finance bought my engagement ring from a different store, and when it broke, I took it to Glen for his opinion. He was so helpful in explaining what was wrong with my ring and the best way to fix it. He was reasonable and objective and my experience was educational. I wish we had gotten my engagement ring designed here in the first place. I would not hesitate to buy from Fawcett's and I recommend this store to anyone looking for fine jewelry.

Phenomenal experience with Blaine! He’s the only reason I was able to get everything ready for my Cape Breton proposal. He spent a great deal of time educating me on the 4 C’s and helped me design the perfect ring for my fiancé! Impressively he was able to accomplish my tight timeline and create the perfect ring, all within my budget! 100% recommend!Update! Blaine did our wedding bands, and they turned out exactly how we both wanted them!!

I started by having my wife's engagement ring made by Glenn. It was an amazing experience. Glenn knows his craft and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The experience was so fantastic that we had our wedding bands made here. 2 years later we popped into the store while visiting Halifax on vacation and Glenn one us by name and welcomed us warmly. Another year later and we are dropping our rings off for a clean and polish because we know how important we and our Jewellery is at Fawcett's. I highly recommend them.

So many good things to say about Fawcett's. Glenn and Blaine made my engagement ring and wedding bands for my husband and me. They were very receptive to our ideas, and gave very sound advice about every aspect of the rings. Their skill in carving the bands and expertise about the gemstones made for a very special result. I cannot recommend Fawcett's highly enough, especially for custom pieces like mine.

I had an lovely experience with Fawcett’s to have a diamond from an old family ring repurposed into a necklace. Blaine is friendly, professional and worked with me to design exactly what I was looking for. The necklace design, price and turnaround time were excellent. Blaine made it very easy to book consultation, drop-off and pick-up appointments. I’m am incredibly pleased with the personalized service and the final product - I would recommend his services to anybody!

My husband, Rory, worked with Blaine at Fawcett’s to create a replica of Princess Diana’s (now Kate Middleton’s) iconic sapphire and diamond engagement ring for my recent birthday (a week before Christmas). I’ve dreamed of having this ring since I was a little girl. The quality of the stones and workmanship of this ring is second-to-none. Rory couldn’t say enough about working with Blaine and how helpful he was in recreating this ring to suit my hand, lifestyle, and wedding band, as well as educating Rory on the whole process every step of the way. I can’t stop looking at my ring! It’s a dream-come-true.

He worked with me to get exactly what my fiancée and I were looking for, and he put the effort in to make sure it stayed within our budget.
