Worst experience ever. Stepped into the store for 3mins and still checking around. A shopkeeper( long hair dude) just politely" ask us to leave because we are a large group of people (4people) where there are no other customers around."

We really had a pleasant experience at this place. Mr Shah was very detailed and explained us the benefits of different mattresses which helped us take the right decision.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful. Easy fast ordering process.

Funny how ppl act! Im been in customer service almost all my life , own a business as well and every single person that walks inside i treat them nice , regardless how they look like and who they are , walked in after gym to this location asking for a queen box bed but the sells person wasn't even interested to hear my needs ! Telling me to come back in 15 minutes because he us busy with a couple.. I wouldn't mind the wait but just how uninterested the selks person was changed my mind to bring my business to them

This new Sleep Country store is located at the centre of North York with a wide variety collections of mattresses and accessories. Must visit!

Anand is the man! Very informative and patient. Hooked me up with a new mattress that I’m excited to try.If you’re looking for a mattress investment, visit him in person. Way better than purchasing online.

I would not recommend going to this location at all. I had the worst experience I could possibly have at any retail store. Stay away from the salesman Qazi who works there. He is absolutely the worst you will come across and practically abusive. He is very rude and will make comments about you right to your face. I went in to cancel my order days before the delivery date because I felt the mattress wasn’t for me anymore after doing research about it.I went in to get a simple refund which he even said is allowed if you change your mind and that any customer would be entitled to. I thought it would be a simple, quick process. It took him 30 mins to input stuff into his computer. I wanted to check the receipts before signing to ensure he was refunding the correct amounts back to my card since he split the refund into 2 separate bills. He then tells me, practically yelling at me, that I wasted his time. And he says ‘Sign here, Sign here now!’ It was the most embarrassing/humiliating experience since other customers were there in the store too. I was shocked and left hanging and didn’t even know which receipts to take with me and was uncertain the refund was processed. Plus, I actually did just a few days before spend over 200$ for 2 pillows.Plus the prices there are astronomically expensive. I would highly advise going elsewhere or at least deal with a different salesman. There are so many other options out there. Right from the start of dealing with him I knew something was not right. He just jumps between customers and if he thinks you’re not gonna be spending 2000-3000 plus, he’ll treat you like you’re worthless.

I was looking for a bed where I met the gentleman named Anand. He is amazing at his job, providing my experience and service at amazing quality. In the end we got a big holiday discount and an amazing bed and adjustable base. If you come to this branch please please ask for Anand for the best customer service and deals.

What an amazing and seamless experience of customer service by Anand... I purchased a full product range for bedding (mattress, bed, pillow etc.) and left the store quite happy... I must say, the sales rep had extensive knowledge of his product and offered the best advice that you can get from a friend or a family member ( I noticed, he did the same for other customers as well) .. apart from being knowledgeable, he had excellent interpersonal skills that goes long way in making your customer happy! I would definitely visit again and This location and sale rep are highly recommended...

Disappointed with the salesperson's lack of interest and passion after they learned that we were looking for a budget-friendly mattress. It felt like they lost enthusiasm and didn't provide the experience I expected. It was a realistic but disappointing encounter.
