Have had several different lash services here, all very good. Also got my hair braided and it was great. The atmosphere is very chill and lovely.

I showed a picture of what color i wanted. My previous hair color is brown and i wanted an ash grey. I even bought the conditioner she suggested. It was August when i went there. After few weeks, the color fades. And my hair is literally brown again. Ive been using the conditioner too. Didn’t complain thinking that the conditioner will help, and anyway i have appointment for massage on October, so it’s better if i show it to them than complain. So, after my appointment for massage, i talked to them and showed them, and they even have the record, but apparently the lady (Kristine) (i don’t know if i spelled it right) is super busy, so they advised me to leave my name and number. And I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. i just feel that its so unprofessional plus a waste of my $240 and my hair is still the same.

The hair dressers are fantastic, bar none. A nice scented oil scalp massage, hair cuts tweaked to your desire and even ear piercing. The products are great.

I go here for my haircuts every time, they always come out very good and i’m very grateful, Hannah usually does my hair

Beautiful environment with an exceptional staff. I have been coming here for years for hair, facials, nails, and waxing. I have not had one single bad experience, as everyone is very professional and caring. They’ve always paid attention to what I did or did not want, and made sure I was always comfortable. I highly recommend coming here.
