It was pretty busy for a Wednesday night. Almost packed i think. We had to cancel our starter because they brought everything together. Also took a long time to give us the bill. Other than that, it was pretty good. Food and drink portions were ample.

We visited on Mother’s day so the place was packed. Aaron was our server and constantly came by to check on us and make sure that we were doing okay. Appetizers were brought out quickly, and although we were the ones that took a long time to order, Aaron was patient and kept telling us to take our time. He made us feel welcome and greeted us with a huge smile each time he came back to check on us.The food came out in good time, the orders were all correct- not always a given these days, and tasted great. We had the mushroom burger, a classic burger, fish and ships and a coconut curry bowl. Burgers could be a little less cooked but otherwise a great Mother’s Day dinner!

They greeted us with warm smiles, promptly seated us, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided excellent recommendations, making us feel like valued guests. Now, let's talk about the burgers! Oh boy, they were absolutely divine. Would have definitely been a 5 star rating if the front of the house staff cracked a smile sometimes. We went September 5th around 3:45pm. The hostess was just bitter looking and her attitude matched. And we seen that through the glass doors even before entering. She seemed bothered to be standing there just waiting for customers. No greeting, NO SMILE, don’t think she could even if she tried. Her demeanour was so off putting we almost left and went across the parking lot to another restaurant but my daughter really wanted to come here, since we are from out of town and do not have one in our area. She knows how I feel about customer service and it was horrible first impression. She’s the first face you see and I would have rather of seated ourselves and not seen her face. She then passes us off to another “hostess” who was just as unfriendly as the first one. They don’t even talk to you, like they grunt and refuse to look at least unbothered. They both looked so miserable it actually ruined our experience at first. We were so worried the actual server was going to be just as rude but Luna was a delight! She was courteous, FRIENDLY, knowledgeable on the menu AND SHE SMILED! Made us feel welcome! Trust and believe if it was for Luna this was going to be a 1 star review.I ordered a mushroom burger with a beer cheese soup, we also go the wonton nachos, pan bread, another burger, truffle fries and another beer cheese soup, chicken tenders and sweet potato fries. The soup is amazing! Almost made me forget about the miserable “hostesses”! So good we took some to go as well! The burgers were well done and the chicken tenders were def fresh and homemade. Would I go back? Maybe, Luna showed us not everyone at this location is miserable and that cheese soup is def worth it !

Love their food, got their signature fish n chips and it was DELICIOUS! I would definitely recommend trying that and also their wings are really good. Overall, the service was a little slow and it took us quite some time to even get our bills at the end of the night. The food is worth the visit again for sure.

Typical chain restaurant. It's a fun place to go for sports bar food but in a more upscale setting. The interior was clean and not too loud.Food was decent but the menu is quite limited. The fried pickles tasted good but the batter slipped off the pickles on each one.I quite liked the Caesar, which can't with olives, pickled onions, and a bit of pepperoni.

Amazing service at this location, very friendly and attentive. Steak was cooked as ordered and the burgers were amazing as always. There were several types of burgers but the menu made it difficult to distinguish the difference, it seemed like the more premium burgers were a significant increase in price for minor upgrades (like from a regular brioche bun to a sesame bun). Overall a pleasant experience, comfortable environment and exceptional service (at the bar where I was seated). Would definitely visit again.

I find it difficult to express the way the service at this establishment has gone above and beyond to ensure I and my colleagues have the best experience possible. I have been a regular at this location for quite some time and have to say that the bartenders Alp and Tracy have always been exceptional, even on a busy evening like tonight. Even with my difficult food requests at the bar they will always deliver with a smile. My experience at a Jack Astor's has never been better.
