Worked with John at Egan Auctioneers to sell a property in Mullingar. Within a couple of weeks they had accepted a deposit on it, and managed to get a significantly higher selling price than I expected. The sales process itself was handled with a minimum of fuss. I applied for a house to rent with Egans and from the initial application to getting the keys I was dealing with Niamh who was beyond helpful. Nothing was too much or little to ask. And even after getting the keys Niamh emailed to check that everything was ok. 10/10
