If I could give a zero it would be too much. I ordered a faucet that was supposedly in stock in Laval. I asked them to have it shipped from Laval to their store and I would be happy to pick it up. After repeated calls to their saleswoman, she told me that the service from the head office was the problem. After almost three months of non-returned phone calls I decided to pass by...bad decision. There was nobody to help at all so I told the receptionist if nobody called me by the end of the day I would buy it somewhere else. Nobody called so I bought it somewhere else with no fuss at all. Dealing with this company has to be my worst experience with a supplier. EVER !

Terrible customer service. Staff do not respond to emails or voicemails. Any inquiry or issue that needs to be resolved in a timely fashion requires an in person visit to the showroom to track down a sales associate. Poor communication surrounding product availability, invoicing, wait time for delivery, etc.

delays delays delays! I placed an order at the end of august, and I still haven't received my complete order to this day (Mid-Dec)! I understand there are issues with the supplier but I have to call/email/harass them to get an update of my order.

I have been professionally involved with Benjamin (current sales director) since at latest 10 years.I was delighted to find out, he moved to PMF couple of years back.I have noticed huge changes since his arrival and I am confident, PMF would benefit much from his knowledge and contacts.
