I went in earlier today to return an item and the manager informed me I can return both items even though one was opened. I came back later in the evening and the manager refunded me and was very knowledgeable. Very good customer service!

I asked the lady that was working at gnc if they had creatine and she” told me no” I browsed around that same gnc and unexpectedly just to find the exact creatine I was looking for there in that store !

One of the worst customer service.2 girls at the counter 2:50 pm Jan 2 2023They were very rude and didn't want to add up the advertised discount as I called the another GNC store in front if them and they added it .These girls told to to go over there to buy your products and it was really very rude attitude and humilating. Company must fire these girls in order to run the business as they are ripping off the customers without adding the discount

The people there know their product knowledge and are very friendly! I always feel welcomed there and always leave the store with more knowledge/facts! I’ll definitely be visiting GNC more often :)

Professional lady with the Hijab was very kind when I had picked up an online order quite late. I very much appreciated the professional way she handled the online order and I will definitely be stopping at the Guildford GNC instead of Surrey Central going forward!
