Hi, it is really a great place to eat, all the staff members are very friendly and always treat their customers with great smile, their food is delicious as well as fresh. Mistakes are part of life that sometimes happen with their orders as well but they always remake food for their customers to overcome their mistake. I love to visit here for takeout.

First time ordering here as it’s closer to work than the other location I usually go to. I’ll be going back to the other location. Ordered the Tropical Hawaiian because I like the smoky sauce but they just put regular tomato sauce on it. Not sure how they got that one wrong.

Most amazing costumer services and amazing staff! I’ve been ordering for years and they are the only ones who can find our apartment no problem and when my order was wrong they immediately fixed my order and was so sweet and apologetic! 100% recommend the best pizza company ever!

This is our local panago and they always do a great job. They closed for a few weeks to do a reno and we tried another panago but it wasn’t the same. The pizzas here are always fresh and just really good. I’m not a big review person but the consistency deserves to be noted.

on dec 22 2022 at 930 i went to pick up i pick up my small pizza and when i got there the the young east india femaile employee i wait 5 min there was no one in line just me and in stead of watching for custmers she was in the back playing on her phone

I love this place but their customer service is so bad. The old guy is really nice but the mid age guy with moustache is so rude. Need better service then this.

To be very honest, i like panago’s pizza alot but this time my experience wasn’t good as i had ordered plant based cheeze pizza which was totally unbaked and difficult to eat as it wasn’t properly baked. Sorry but this order was totally waste of money. When I asked to staff about my order they clearly said “ may be you are trying for first time that’s why it seems odd to eat like seriously ??? The last thing i would never visit there again.

Well we ordered from panago ,as per sons request his birthday choice.Well the pizzas came in a timely manner.But that kinda where things changed.I know its fast food,careful not to compare to homemade but .The pizza were ordered extra well done,extra sauce extra pepperoni, as i remembered that was a problem in the past with this company.So right off they were cold,soggy and the toppings on the ham and pineapple were not even slighty browned ewwwwwwww.I took 2 bites and gave the rest to our dog.Now sits on our counter 1 and a half pizzas probably destined for the airfryer to try and bring it back to life.Son said it lacked the flavour even with the added meat.Just dissappointed i guess.
