Internet Lightspeed

I have been with Lightspeed Internet for 3 years now. I bought the TC4400 modem up-front and have my own routers around the house, which is the best set-up, the lowest total-cost-of-ownership. Their network is rock-solid, if there's an outage, it's never them, it's the provider, Shaw or whatever. Their prices never go up. There's no contract. I absolutely cannot imagine how they've managed to keep their prices steady through the pandemic and the inflation boom. Please keep them here.I have recommended it to _three_ of my neighbors and convinced them to move to them. No problems there.Internet is a basic utility, and the prices and unnecessary up-selling and hostile practices of periodic contract renewal that the big players do is a violation of basic consumer rights, and it's a shame that this is allowed to continue. The only thing allowing this to continue is customers continuing to use them, use Lightspeed instead, and then _forget_ about your Internet when you are on an auto-pay system. I am so grateful for you guys, if you only knew. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Lightspeed is a great and affordable alternative to the high price of the giant services that is so expensive. Under 50.00 a month for excellent service and quality. Thank you Lightspeed for your dedication and excellent customer service!! I can make my ends meet with you!!

After almost a year of no service after I moved, the sales rep found my account, let me know I still had a credit so no deposit was required. They hooked me up via cable earlier than expected after notifying me when the service time would be. Performance is good and good value.

Internet Lightspeed is simply the best Internet service provider I have ever had. They have reasonable and fair pricing, great customer service (you can actually speak to them on the phone with little or no wait), simple billing (price doesn't randomly go up every few months), no up-selling (you get want you want/need, they don't continually try to up-sell you new, pricier services you don't need), have reliable service and they are friendly, customer focused people. I highly recommend Internet Lightspeed on all levels!

I have always received great service from the staff. When my first modem, a cheap used one that I bought elsewhere, died they had me up and running with a new one within a day. The sales staff has also been very helpful, easily answering any questions I have. The only issue I had, which was a big problem, was when SHAW came to check my signal" and disconnected all my commercial grade networking gear then left my house

Internet Lightspeed has excellent tech support. They answered promptly, understood the problem I had and let me know that other customers with the same brand router were experiencing the same difficulty which required an update to the firmware. As my router is not from Lightspeed, he promptly gave me the phone number for the router's support line. Following the call, he emailed me with further helpful information. Quick, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to give some extra info that was key to fixing the problem on the first call is why I love this company.

The price is great and the internet service is pretty good (can be slow), but when you have trouble it can be a real problem.I've lost internet three times in the last week. Once it was my fault, twice it was theirs. Customer support is good two out of three times, but not all support services are available in the evening, which can cause difficulties.I'm going to continue to use them because of the price point, but I would research competitors with similar price points if it was an option where I am.

I love Lightspeed. We've been with them for 7 years and don't have a single complaint. Service is reliable and affordable. They never call me to harass me to spend more and I never have to renegotiate my price at the end of a contract like with other major providers. The price you start with is locked in forever if you don't change plans. Customer service is great. This is the lowest hassle internet service I've ever had. Highly recommend!

So far so good. Customer service answering time under 2 minutes every time. Very helpful and friendly people. I did good by listening to Reddit recommending them.My only recommendation is please automate your payment process a bit. I want to be able to access my account online, see my bill due amount and pay myself whatever is owned using my credit card information that I type and fill myself.
