I'm a real estate lawyer and often need an updated Real Property Report in a rush before a real estate sale completes. Stephen is able to do a very quick turnaround time and yet also has great rates. He was very flexible with our changing dates to survey the property, was prompt with filing with the city, and managed to broker a very satisfactory deal with the council to void an encroachment issue. As other reviews have indicated, stellar service for Real Property Report (RPR). We were quite upset we even required one, not having been provided one at purchase yet this extra expense sprung on us at sale. New Maple was recommended by our realtor and for a good reason. They were prompt and completely self-sufficient, all we had to do was pay (a reasonable rate, I may add) and they couriered the documents right to me. Definitely recommend.

I had a tight timeline after the sale of the my house and Stephen was able to get my Real Property Report completed and into the City for approval.
