Guys do not trust them they even don’t have printer and ask you your phone number or Email to send you your recieve if you don’t want to give them your personal information NO RECIEVE than you are responsable for your package they are cheap company I will never use purolatir at this brunch at queen marry

The agent just left a notice of collection, didn't ring the door bell. A lie. I was at home. My package is heavy and the guy probabil wants to have an easy job. Shame on him and shame on Purolator for such employees.

What a shocking and horrible service. Today, I went to ship a box with Purolator account within Quebec. They told me that they ran out of form to ship within Canada. I asked them how is it possible. I drove from far away to ship it to the location. They told me they are not Purolator. They just give service. Very confusing response.They were extremely rude, laughing at my situation. And directly reject me without helping me out.I left speechless. Now, I have to travel to another location to find the solution.

Staff is friendly, the online portal is pretty straightforward. Great service. I will use it again for my packages. The only thing I would say is there's no parking which depending if you're picking up a couple of packages could become frustrating. There is lots of street parking surrounding the building.

I can’t stand their online tracking. The tracking does not update. It was a surprise when the package came, since the tracking said it was in another province. Then 3 days after getting my item it notifies my via email “delivered”.

Worst delivery company. Do not deliver to your door because of covid". I'm wondering how your employees do when the go back home. They must climb their buildings to get to their appartement. Plus the guy doesnt wait for you to come down. Happened 3 times to me...At least be honest and admit you just dont give a fudge giving a good service
