Sometimes the ambience music is too high and is not easy to focus when you are workingVisited again and music is too loud, you can not even talk with others or have a zoom meeting

the employee by the name of CHEYENNE/CHEYANNE was quite rude and ignorant. she disregarded the fact that i had the app and was very impatient with my order, her body language just gave off bad vibes and it made me uncomfortable because of how rude she was when my brother was trying to order. do better with your training and hiring

I’d say, lovely staff and always ready and respectful. Sadly, I do wish the Manager on duty would stick with the Trainee’s during Training, or have them train at a less busy spot/hour.Other than that, the drinks/food are delicious!

Great but slow service because it is extremely understaffed. This is the Saturday morning line up, on top of this they are also working to pushing out mobile orders. There was 3 employees working hard and all moving so quickly. But because they’re rushing, they’re also making simple mistakes (as we all do). It’s kind of disgusting to see, hope this is a wake up call to management to implement change. Feel bad for the employees

Really enjoy this Starbucks. Everyone is very friendly. However, I need to comment on this that I have dined in twice over the last week and both times were around 8am. Almost every table was filled with crumbs. Proving they clearly are not disinfecting tables between customers. My passport got glanced at but no way was actually checked properly. A lady came right in and sat from the front doors before ordering. Emptying her pockets with dirty used masks and laying all over belongings before passport being checked. The dining should be blocked off and a better system for cleaning tables after each person leaves. The washroom was also disgusting both times. Garbage over filling with paper towels, toilet and sink both dirty. Again, this is at 8 am only two hours after they have opened. This is days or weeks of filth, not two hours worth. Starbucks, you're better than that. We're in a pandemic.

My first time in years going to Starbucks only because I had giftcard of $25. I ordered 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches came to $24.18. Not impressed by the sandwiches for the price and the coffee was nothing special. When I got towards the bottom I got a mouthful of coffee grounds.....grrrr. Had to be a table spoon on bottom. Im going to stick to Tim Hortons.

My daughter saw something on line that she wanted to try. I told the barista. And BAM!! She made it happen and made my 8 year old VERY HAPPY thank you !
