Today 4:50 pm January 28, 2021 staff are very loud and the smallest lady in the counter never say thank you to the customer and she doesn’t have customer service at all. They were having a good time but if there’s customer around it’s better to turn down their voices since they were talking their language to avoid offending other people who don’t understand what they were talking and laughing about. Bad service!

Always fresh coffee and something to eat fresh and reasonably priced, but as far stepped Tea most of of time is cold or not UpTo standard, not only this store, most of stores

This tim hortons is in the mall so you will have to wait in a line but honestly they have pretty much everything your normal tim hortons has I went there for a grilled cheese in the morning and they had it

Very unfriendly staff and prejudice staff. I work in the mall and buy here regularly and I always have problems with them. If I had a choice I would go somewhere else on my breaks but I would not have enough time. They always forget to give condiments, napkins and straw . And if you ask they give you dirty looks and talk bad about you in tagalog. They are only nice to Filipino customers.

Waited 15+ minutes for a bagel to get toasted, the person responsible had to be reminded to get back on task (toasting) 3 times. By the time I got my bagel it had been tossted, allowed to cool, then slathered in cold cream cheese.. always love chunky cream cheese in cold dry toast... I've never seen such slow service

Off topic but there are filipinos that came here to find a job and probably have a hard to speaking english, and speaking their language and if theyre having a fun time at work leave them alone. And if you dont speak filipino or understand dont assume that theyre speaking bad. Let them talk their on language if its a better way to communicate with their other workers. And my experience was pretty nice , im not filipino . They are nice if youre nice to them.

Hit and miss with this location. More often than not, this location gets really slow with their service, both drive thru and in-store (not entirely sure if it's a staffing issue). The times I've visited the area, in-store could use some cleaning up. The staff themselves though (at least ones I've dealt with) are really nice and friendly.Drive thru is always a long line.

Very little selection of donuts, tried to order a frozen lemonade, they couldn’t make it, so I tried to order a real fruit quencher, they couldn’t make it, so I settled for a small hot chocolate which thankfully they agreed they could make. Not sure why nothing was working - won’t be back.

I am a regular customer of this place but I don't know wts the issue with the staff, they don't listen properly and most of the time I get the wrong order thn have to replace it, they talk rough with the customers, the depit machine is also a problem doesn't work properly. When the mall closing is 6pm but after 4pm you won't find anything there to eat.. I was served with very less quantity in the coffee cup but when I asked they replied nothing..Not satisfied at all.
