I called looking for advise/if a product even exists and Hector was super helpful. He took the time to email me to get a picture to find out my issue and recommended a solution (even provided a link). Even though I wasn't currently making a purchase I was blown away at the care and effort he took. Thanks Hector great customer service!

Very pleased with their customer service.This location appears small and not very busy, but every time I shopped there, I found what I was looking for or they had it in the following day.Didn't felt rushed or pressured to buy stuff I don't need.Thumbs up to the management for selecting and retaining the right people to represent this company.

cost varies per warehouse depending on their contracts with suppliers but this eb horseman has very knowledgeble staff , recommended , sometimes parking is tough though
