They charge the same amount as other tax preparation places but their professionalism is much more better. They are patient, polite and very hepful. They helped fix mistakes that H&R Block made on my taxes. Definitely recommend Hildi!

never again will I use them for my taxes, You think if they specialize in taxes they would know how to file them. I am extremely dissatisfied with the services paid for that were not done correctly and not once but twice. When I caught the error on my CRA account so I contacted the person to which she indicted she would have the error corrected and submit the appropriate documents, however she failed to do so again.

Staff at the front desk were brusque and seemingly confused that I had arrived when I said I would, after I had called to talk to them that afternoon. Once past the gatekeepers my experience with Coco was polite, professional, and quick. She even pointed out some future return tips. I haven't received my return yet so fingers crossed, but my experience there was a positive one. Anyone in the hospitality industry should be sure to mention that here as they didn't ask me about income from tips at first.

Good thing me and the women booked time off work and made an appointment only to sit there for half an hour with our baby. Yes we were a couple minutes late but thanks for giving our appointment time away we will not be returning customers

We started using this business for our taxes after reading many positive reviews here (and many negative reviews for elsewhere). We were not disappointed. All the staff that we engaged with were excellent. They were able to help us solve some tricky items with ease. I don't do this for many businesses, but I now carry their card to recommend them in person.

Been using them for 20 years. They are good until you get an audit. Hildi was nice and then got an employee to do the dirty work and let me know I was on my own.

Always a pleasure coming into the shop ...wish I could do taxes a few times a yr just too say hello ! Lol !
