Their plumber advised me there was a frozen pipe and I should try holding a hair dryer along the baseboards in the affected zone. Water poured from the ceiling thereafter. He ordered me to turn off the boiler and arrived within half an hour. He located and mended the pipe. The baseboards still weren't heated. Using a hair dryer, he was able to break into the ceiling again and start the water flowing. Thank you for the reliable plumber!
