We ate in the restaurant here. The bison burger was tasty,but burnt. The crunchy chicken sandwich is covered in hot sauce so that was all I could taste. I had something for breakfast,but it didn't stand out enough to even remember it now 10 days later.

Under construction so tough to rate. Overall...good. Not a 5 star resort but good and staff are friendly. Service can be a little slow at times.

We always have a blast. Beds need new mattresses though and the kids would rather sleep directly on the couch than the 20yr old springy hide-a-beds.

All staff were friendly and attentive. Room was comfortable and clean, bed was great to sleep on, wi-fi and cell coverage were more than adequate. Great food and service at the restaurant (especially during a holiday period). We didn't have a chance to try many of the activities available on-site (sledding hill, skating rink, fire pits, bike rentals) - but are very glad we did not miss out on the outdoor hot tub (early morning or after 10:30 pm recommended for a quieter experience).

Stopped in to experience the restaurant for a late lunch with our party of four. Awesome!A great variety of menu options, excellent service, and amazing food presentation. We will definitely be back!!

Where do I start, stayed this past weekend(3/17-3/20-2023) and the chalet we stayed in is showing major signs of wear. the floors creaked super loud. The dishwasher did not work, had a maintenance guy out 2 days after reporting it, he could not fix it. Deck was covered in snow and we had to request a shovel to clear it off ourselves in order to use the BBQ, they were too busy to send someone to do it. The pillows were awful, so full like footballs everyone had sore necks from them. No Spatula to use.Had a reservation at 10 steakhouse on Saturday night @ 6:30pm. Took 3 hours before we were able to finish our meal, left restaurant aroun10:00pm. Had to change 2 meals as they had an event of 90 going on so they ran out of options. We received no comp appetizers or drinks while we waited 2 hours +. Then the meals came. Most of the steaks were not done as requested, and even still they were tough. The waitress was the lone bright spot and remained pleasant in a clearly awkward situation for her. The restaurant also was freezing cold and many in our group had to wear their jackets.Very disappointed. Our previous visits were much better.Also make sure you inquire what kind of stove" heat you have when booking

The hotel, rooms and pool were very nice. We found the restaurant and the food to be ok not great and very pricey. We went in off season so had little choices as to where to eat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If they could do something about their menu and the quality of their food I would give all 5 stars.

This is showing under my husband as he purchased a spa experience for me for our anniversary. I thoroughly enjoyed the manicure and mineral pool. However the massage was not at all a relaxing experience. I asked what techniques the therapist uses besides regular massage techniques due to a friend having a bad experience previously. The therapist indicated that they use energy release. I further questioned the therapist what she meant by that and she said that she is an expert in Reiki. I said that was a technique I did not want performed on me. She said that it was not something she can completely shut off but can focus less on that technique. I felt very uncomfortable during my massage as I was not sure if she was going to obey my wishes. I was also very concerned with the fact that no where is it advertised that a massage consists of Reike at the lodge or are you asked at the time of booking. I feel that it is not something that should be kept from the consumer unless they delve into questioning the therapist at the time of massage or even have it performed without consent.

We had a room with fireplace, but the room smelt like an outside firepit, we did not put the fire on for fear it would smell worse,l. Mineral pool is looking tired. Staff are really great and the on-site restaurant was good
