Grinyer Interior Doors & Closets

We went to Grinyer Interior Doors & Closets a couple of years ago to have a closet custom built for our front hall. We also purchased beautiful new doors for the closet that really beautified our hallway. From our first visit to the showroom, the in home visit for measurement and finally the install, all was done in a friendly professional manner. I receive so many compliments from visitors.After more than 2 years, I made another call to Grinyer as we are being a renovation that required us to remove the doors. We were having difficulty figuring this out. Today I called to see if they could provide any help to guide us. I was greeted over the phone by Robin who assured me that she would get me the information. I quickly got a call back and Robin guided me to an email she had sent with a picture explaining how to remove. She spent time explaining it to me. We are good to go now.Often customer service ends after the service. Today I received great customer service after more than 2 years of dealing with them.I would highly recommend Grinyer if you are looking for high-end doors and closet and hope for a company that will continue to support you after the deal is complete.
