Very disappointed and unimpressed with my experience with Glimmer Cleaning Co. I set up a cleaning appointment on the website and it unfortunately had to be pushed to the next week which was no big deal, however when the day of the appointment came no one showed up. I received a confirmation text and email regarding my appointment at 9am that day, I waited until 10am to call the office (with no answer and voicemail full) I also sent an email inquiring about my appointment. I called two times more with no answer, and a couple hours later I received an email asking if I was satisfied with my cleaning to which I again responded that no one showed up and I haven’t been able to contact anyone. I still have yet to receive an answer on what happened. Very unprofessional in my opinion to not contact the client that no one would be coming and to not answer my inquiry into what happened, especially for the price of services offered.

used a dirty mop, left things uncleaned and looked very rushed. I moved two things from my couch and noticed spots missed. Even downstairs tables weren't touched. First initial clean was amazing as for the second cleaning was rushed and not much care was there.

We had a wonderful experience with Glimmer! We had requested an additional rug cleaning service and because of some missing supplies wasn't able to be done on the same day as our house cleaning. The owner personally picked up and cleaned our rug the very next day! Such wonderful and responsive service. Would 100% recommended.

Staff came ready to work! - The team did an amazing job, my husband and I were so thrilled to come home to such a beautifully clean house. The staff was very quick and respectful of our home and our four legged furry family members as well!I will be recommending to all my family and friends!
