Was mostly philopino workers here before. Now this branch seems to have been taken over by Eastindians as you pretty much only see them here. The only thing that has not changed is the service...its still subpar.

Got our order wrong 3 times. I don't think any of them understand English. Nothing but a total hassle today. Do not recommend this location. Order takers should have far better English language skills.

Order was kids cheese burger happy meal plain.. mcchicken no lettuce..crispy mcChicken deluxe.. 2 ice coffee..coke..7 up.. 2 snack size McFlurrys.. happy meal was loaded..crispy mcChicken had lettuce.. mcChicken deluxe was grilled with with absolutely nothing else.. no spoons for the McFlurrys..no napkins..no ketchup.. went to Sylvan with my order and stopped back in on way back to red deer.. was told I should have come back from Sylvan to fix the order.. then went back to Sylvan to eat it and then back to red deer cause that’s were I live.. for almost 42.00 for the order you should get the order right!!!

Travel to red deer.It's so disappointing.You litterally have to ask for ketchup straws everything.Coming back to yyc to have zero ketchup pack in pur bags....My kids burger was tossed together amd falling apart It was so messy.Bout time to hit up new burger joints

Don't ever leave without checking your bag for dipping sauces. 4 times they never had ANY sauce in the bag from Drive Thru. Had to drive back 25 minutes after getting back to my job site to eat, then drive another 25 minutes with the sauces. Stone cold McNuggets by then.DO BETTER !

The Worst Mcdonald's in RedDeer. Like really? It is Fastfood- should be fast service, special in Lunch time when people has couple minutes for break. I spent whole my break by waiting food to get eventually old meat in burger and cold fries. No apologies from managers. Horrible customers service.

Always check your bag, I ordered a chkn bacon ranch wrap CRISPY and they gave me grilled went back through to get it corrected just to realize that the burger we had ordered and added bacon to had no bacon. They were quick to replace the wrap though I can appreciate that.

20 minutes waiting for a drinks, after the order was wrong twice, still tried to charge us for the wrong order, twice, along to pay for my complete order in 1 transaction, not to pay for each item separately. Manager comes over after restarting the order, is now considering more, then asked to just, the machine says welcome so it's not loaded, 4 explanations and requests to pay as I am explaining that the card reader says welcome, as in you have not loaded the amount, 12 minutes later asked to wait in the parking lot stall for our drinks,8 minutes later had to walk in to get the drinks. We go to these places for convenience and speed, rarely the case any longer, pathetic.

Worst fast food change in world how can a delivery order that is in system before a drive thru order get served after 4 drive thru orders makea no sense worst service ever. Takes 15 or more minutes to make a delivery order i get order after it is given to Mcds and it takes me 2-5 mins to get to mcds and then i wait 10 mins for order how does that make sense to be considered fast food

Store was closed before 1030pm, store hours are until 11. I called and they said they were told to close early. They were looking threw the window at me while telling me that the manager told them to close early. I find this highly unlikely being in a leadership position myself.
