This is an excellent company to work for. They are very supportive of the team they have built and are very proud of the level of service we all provide. Each client is treated as an individual and no two people are the same. Each team member is important and appreciated not only by their direct manager but by all administrative team members. I love working with seniors and it's always fun and educational when you get them chatting while you work.

Making arrangements to work with the Compassion Network was a very smooth process. Our contact was very respectful of the sensitive situation, listened to our needs and concerns, and I am so grateful to have their team supporting us after we made arrangements.After just a few weeks, we have been so very happy also with Amanda helping my Dad. She has been so kind, and my Dad really looks forward to the scheduled cleaning times and interactions. The Compassion Network has provided my parents peace of mind and comfort in their own home. Katrina has been very patient and helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. She is very attentive to all my parents' needs and wants, and ensures that appropriate services are provided. Katrina and all the other staff we've talked to and the people that come over to my parents' home are genuinely friendly and caring. I feel that my parents are in safe hands!

My parents are elderly and live on their own. Mom has dementia and my Dad does everything. They needed help but resisted because of a previous bad experience (not Compassion). Compassion has been absolutely great. We are so relieved to have found this company!We now have one person coming 3 times a week for Mom and someone else does a thorough cleaning every second week. It has made a huge difference for all of us. My parents look and feel so much better.When I call Compassion I speak with the same people. There isn’t any run around. We had a different person instead of the regular cleaner and she wasn’t good. I called, they listened and she won’t be back. I was impressed by the way I was listened to and the questions they asked. They want feedback because they want us happy with their service. I highly recommend this company. We couldn’t be happier!

Loved the service - the cleaning staff was wonderful. The billing, however, is horrendous. I spent hours going over my accounting software and my VISA statements and comparing it with my google schedule of appointments trying to prove to them that I was fully paid up but they insisted that I owed them for past services. I eventually gave up and cancelled the service completely. Shame, really.

Katrina, the care manager, has been very helpful, caring, and compassionate to the needs of my elderly mother who requires a home helper. She matched a caring home helper that meets all of the needs of my elderly mother. I would recommend the compassion network if you are looking for personalized and compassionate care for your loved one.

A wonderful service and company! Katrina was an absolute joy to deal with. Very compassionate, informative and understanding. My father passed away before our services even started but the care and follow up we received while trying to coordinate services as well as the check in's after he passed went above and beyond any expectations.
