When the clinic first open, it was great. They work on timely manner. Now? Horrible. I don’t understand why I made an appointment and still had to wait another 25min??? Then why make the appointment? They need to fix their time management of the appointments being booked. I booked at 11 and i was not seen until 11:27. All i needed was a refill which took 1min. 5-10 late is understandable but when you’re almost 30min late??? Try doing that when you go to work and see what your boss has to say.

Trina has been most helpful and gracious with both my senior mother and I. Her ability to simultaneously deal with multiple patients is remarkable. She cares deeply and goes the extra mile every time. Trina extends the clinician care in ways that are personally tailored to the needs. Thank you so much for making our doctor visits feel thorough and complete.

The front end staff are kind, professional & happy to help. Dr. Hashem is very knowledgeable, professional & empathic. He takes the time needed to help his patients. One of the best Doctors I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new Doctor.

Dr. O Shaftar, I took my son who was coughing plus plus to this doctor. I told him my son has been coughing since Sunday. He asked if the boy had taken a COVID swab today. I said no but I explained that he has been positive once but he has gotten his full vaccine shot. When he asked why my son did not do the test I said that even coughing or having a runny nose might make the result of the test come out positive. This doctor jumped on his feet and yelled you should have stayed home and not come to the clinic, and went out of the consulting room. Not listening to a word that I said. Meanwhile this boy took the test kit on Sunday, which came out negative. But this doctor refused to listen to me. After few minutes, I was so confused not knowing if he is coming back or not. But a good nurse entered with the Covid test kit and asked if I had this at home. I said yes to her and explained to her that her doctor’s behaviour was so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Out of curiosity and anger I came home and had my son use the test kit. And it came out negative again. Meanwhile my son was putting on a mask and this doctor had a mask on. What I was expecting from a DOCTOR was to at least listen to his chest. Or ask the 14 year old boy questions. But this coward, money hungry, so called “doctor” ran away and never showed his face until we left. Watch out people, please watch out.

Reception staff very pleasant but the physician Dr.O. Shaftar is another story. I was there a month ago and received a prescription for 2 weeks. I’ve been on this medication for over 20 years due to a chronic illness. I was given a 1 month script. Told to get a family dr. and not to come back! I can’t believe a dr. could be so rude and disrespectful to me. I’m 68y. and left his office in tears.

I wish I could do zero stars. The “paediatrician”. Might have trisomy 21. Sent my baby to the ER by giving him medicine that was only tested on kids 100X his age. If you appreciate your life, respect yourself and love the people around you don’t come to this clinic.

Worst walk-in experience in my entire life. Was the first person in the building at open and still waited nearly 2 hours to see a doctor. Bonus was the having the pharmacists child behind the desk screaming shut up" at the top of his lungs every minute. If your looking for a walk in

Dr. Hashem is professional, attentive, kind, patient, calm and caring. He never makes me feel pressured to hurry up and end the appointment, or like I’m being pushed out the door because my allotted time" was up. He takes the time to listen

By far one of the worst clinics if not the worst in Edmonton.Starting with a rude and obnoxious Manager (Mr. Rajah Al Mukhtar) who was completely unprofessional and utterly incompetent, all the way down to the receptionist who had no listening or communication skills.I am very glad we are no longer patients of this clinic.Will be reporting to authorities to address accordingly!!Definitely, do NOT recommend!!

Very disappointed with my visit at this place. To start off, the receptionist was very short and snappy with me. She treated me like I didn’t understand anything that was going on, even though I was asking for a simple request and knew what I was asking for. All I needed to go in for was a requisition for an x ray that needed to be done for my physiotherapist.After a lot of confusion and embarrassment on my end due to her sarcastic attitude I finally got into a room. They didn’t tell me who the doctor would be, just to sit and wait. The doctor didn’t introduce himself, and when I told him what I needed all I got was more confusion. He treated me as if I didn’t know what I needed. When I told him what I needed the x rays for, he laughed at me, and had the audacity to chuckle again and say sarcastically, “and who told you that?” Even though I’ve been diagnosed for over a decade and know what I need. Not only that, he seemed to scold me for coming to the walk in clinic and not my own family doctor (of course didn’t bother to ask why instead just assumed) but I had my personal reasons, so did my family doctor, for me not being able to go there instead of the walk in. Even my therapist said you can go to a walk in if it’s easier. He made it seem like it was a huge confusing hassle for me to ask for a simple sheet of paper.Reception and the doctor laughed every time I said a wrong term or didn’t understand what they were saying, very dismissive and ignorant staff. If I had gotten names I would have been posting them here.If I were you, I’d take an extra few minutes of your day to go anywhere else than this place. Very unprofessional, sarcastic and ignorant in every way. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and you should too.
