I haven't really taken any tours I am faithful regular ride to shipping and doctor appointments I find these drivers very polite comical at times and helpful clouding and unloading very treatable be kind to them they treat you kindly

My father calls a cab last night and the loser says 25mins...then when my father called him back an hour and a half later the guy swears at him at tells him to call another can... ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A CAB COMPANY !!!

Ken provided an excellent tour as he drove us to wineries in Prince Edward County. For a 6hr tour this is your best value in the area. He picked up our group from our accommodations and drove us around to 6 wineries of our choice. He was friendly and had a great sense of humour. Ken waited patiently while we enjoyed the wine and scenery at each place. We had an awesome day and I am glad we prebooked Ken to drive us on our wine tour in his red van.

Called 24 hours in advance asked if it was okay to pick my child up for work the next night was told yes, more then one time I asked to verify.Said to say he was going to show up and definitely didn’t I’m sure he could have said no, and we would have made other arrangements. We were planing to tip huge for the taxi ride…Waited for 40 min no call no nothing.

Took Kens taxi last Wednesday to downtown Brighton with my 86 year old friend and when we were done shopping we called a taxi to go home and there was no answer tried 3 times still no answer ended up walking home carrying groceries and it was very hot took us an hour my friend could have had a heart attack from the heat believe me I was not happy and I'm 73 years old
