The food was fantastic. But, the concerns I have is that all the baby seats are totally broken, when we brought baby to restaurant we didn’t find even one safe baby seat for her. The middle on the both available baby seats we were cut and one didn’t even have functional straps to strap her in.

This place is an absolute joke if I wanted to pay for a sloppily done sandwich I would go to the 7-Eleven if I'm paying $12 for a sandwich I want it done right I don't want the kids arm touching my bread and I don't want cheese falling on the counter and then being put back on my sandwich the kid wearing the subway bandana can lose the attitude or I'll be posting more reviews and I'll tell people not to go to the subway customer's always right get that through your heads

The person making my sandwich seemed annoyed that I was there and ripped my bun into pieces, saying it was ripped because of the type of bread it was. But she didn’t get a new bun, she just wrapped it up while I was distracted with my kids and charged me full price for something I can’t even hold in my hands. This was a terrible experience and a terrible meal. Also both bathrooms were “unavailable” and my kids needed them. Thanks for nothing.

Food was good and almost all staff was good except for the short older lady. She was not friendly and rude. She was also extremely rude when I asked her if she could grab a different bottle of sauce because the one she was trying to use barely put anything onto my sandwich as it was empty. Wasnt impressed with her but was impressed with the other two staff as they were really nice with my daughter.

Upon entering I noticed that there were two people ahead of us. This gave us an extra minute to peruse the menu. There is a very large selection to choose from. Once chosen you are given the choice of having your sandwich toasted 9. Now comes the fun part. You are presented with a wide variety of vegetables to compliment your sandwich. The final step is ohhto decide if you want to make your sandwich into a value meal, purchase a box of their delicious cookies, or even purchase a cold drink to quench your thirst. Would you like to dine in or take your meal home. Whichever you decide, you will enjoy your sandwich.

Called in wanting to purchase a couple platters for a group and got transferred to 3 different people before I got told that I can’t because I have to order 24hours in advance. I do understand that but the lady who I talked to was very rude and condescending. This is not my first bad experience either. Will not be recommending or eating here again.Follow up to this place. I decided that I would give this place one more shot to change my mind. Since it is the only drive thru Subway in Red Deer. Customer service was great.... However, as soon as I got home and opened my sub, I saw how little they care. Below is a photo of what I opened the wrapping to. Make sure you are ready to be covered in food when eating here.

Manny made the best sub I have had from Subway in years! He was friendly, funny and courteous. He is an artist in every sense of the word, he should be training everyone. He put care and effort into his work, I wish more artists could learn from him.
