Summit Tools

I came to shop last week and I needed some stuffs,There was a polite and helpful staff who helped me a lot patiently.Soheil was not just helpful also he is a real gentleman.I am so thankful of him.

This review could have been about the good price & selection at Summit. Instead it is about the ridiculous policy of opening the box of a brand new item to verify the serial number that is clearly printed on the outside of the box. When they open the box to remove the tool they remove the packaging pull the tool pieces out and then are unable to reassemble the product & packaging properly. The new tool I am purchasing is now an open box item missing some of the protective packaging with the tool no longer secure in the box.Today I made a fuss. Eventually they gave me another one in an unopened box. As this was a gift it makes a big difference.Opening the box is completely unnecessary. The cashier cut herself opening the box. It slows down the purchase process. Other retailers do not do this.Please Summit change this policy.

Great place frequented by the trades and 'Do It Yourselfers.' There is lots of selection and great deals on sale items. This is definitely a good alternative to Canadian Tire or Rona, Lowe's, etc. Free on site parking. Close to highway. #letsguide

Only been once but got great by someone who wasn't very helpful. Asked where the drill bits are and see said over there which I thought means over by the selves she was pointing at but turns out she was pointing to the middle of the store so I asked another person who took me to the driver bits when I said drill bits. Ended up finding them myself. Might want to train your staff to where things are and what they are. Also Ended up getting a bit that was a different size from the rest on the same hook. I guess my fault for not double checking.

Easily one of the best tool stores. If I need to stock up on a variety of things, I will always go here first and I usually find deals, unique items, and definitely whatever I was looking for.

Amazing selection of tools for most levels of construction. Sales are widely known as the best in Vancouver area.Come for 1 item and leave with multiples as the deals are too good to pass up. Store staff are always great and location is central. Highly recommend checking it out.

December 7,2020 - numerous employees helped me find the products we needed and it was great. Cashiers were cheery and a delight to interact with. All employees observed wearing masks appropriately and all covid safety precautions in place to protect customers.(First review )Had a great experience when this company was out of respirators. They called and followed up numerous times to reach me and answered all my questions which enabled me to find the correct items needed for my project. All the cashiers are knowledgeable, kind, and super helpful. Thank you.
