Artel Salon

I had my first hair experience at Artel on Fraser yesterday with Anna and it was awesome. I've seriously had several years of hit and miss haircuts and a couple of colour disasters and find it SO hard to find the right stylist for me. Anna was that person. Super easy to talk to, she 'got' my hair and my personality -- very intuitive to my comfort zone etc. She didn't push anything on me but listened carefully and came up with a suggestion that really,. really worked for me. I love the new colour (very natural, very pretty) and the cut is on day 2 but I can tell it's a great one that I am pretty certain will grow out nicely. Highly recommend and I am so happy to have found a stylist that works for me.

I just had my hair done with Anna at the Fraser location, and it was awesome. I was so comfortable talking to Anna about all my hair woes and she made genuine recommendations based on her own experience and considerable knowledge. She was also generally really fun to chat to and easy going, not pushy in the slightest. My hair is now exactly how i'd hoped it would be and I'm all set on a path to healthier hair. I have been getting highlights for many years, and my hair has never looked better thanks to Ali Eskridge! She is an incredible colourist and is also such a sweetie pie. I have the best talks with her whenever I come into the salon. It's like visiting a friend who just happens to be a highly skilled hair guru. I always leave feeling like I received a major style upgrade and receive lots of compliments on my hair. I can't recommend her and Artel enough! They make hair dreams come true :)

Danielle Zitron is one of the stylists from the Artel Salon, but by far is one of the most talented stylists I've ever come across. Each visit, I basically ask her to make me look like a better version of myself, and I leave the rest up to her. No matter if she's cutting, coloring or styling my hair, I am always thrilled with the results. Plus, she always makes an effort to work me into her schedule, even on her days off! On top of that, she's so much fun to chat with that the appointment feels more like a visit with a good friend. My teen daughter has started seeing her as well, and also raves about how much she loves Danielle's work and how cool she is. We are so lucky to have found Danielle and can't recommend her enough. She's a savant stylist!

I have seen Andrea for multiple different services, from braids to colour to treatments to cuts. Everything is always amazing and exactly what I want. Her work is beautiful and I always get so many compliments on my hair after seeing her. Also love her because from my first appointment she was so easy to get along with and chat with. Can’t wait to be in her chair again!

I've had both Allie and Eliza work on my hair, and every time my hair looks incredible. I get so many compliments on my colour. I had mentioned to Eliza in a conversation before I even saw her to do my hair about how it can turn reddish, and she remembered months later! That right there is attention to detail. Allie is also just a wonderful person and an amazing stylist! Love love love my hair!! Eliza has such a wonderful team and the salon itself is so warm and inviting. Parking for both locations is really convenient as well. Can't wait for my next appointment!

Obsessed! Demi is amazing and I am so happy to have finally found my stylist! She always knows exactly what I want and perfects it to a T. I highly recommend Demi to anyone looking for a new stylist!

Dustin has been my hairstylist for many years (~2005 to 2023 ongoing). He was great back in the day when I started with him, but he is simply unbelievable now. He has consistently given me beautiful hair; both cuts and colour, and imo no one does blonde better! Dustin amazes me with his dedication to 'everything hair' as evidenced by his clearly updated and relevant knowledge of products, technique, etc.Now... I have strayed over the years (due to moves to other cities etc), and returned to him with my head hung low, only to be met with open arms and that smile. Always all good.I love Dustin and I highly recommend.

Shay knows her colour theory and works her creative magic with beautiful results! My hair is currently a gorgeous blue and purple thanks to her, and I've never gotten so many compliments. She gave me a great fun haircut too, I really can't say enough how amazing she is! :)
