Amazing service from start to finish!!! Both Genevieve and Eric were amazing to deal with; super helpful and knowledgeable. Brought the printer in on a Monday and it was fixed 2 days later! They saved our printer and we will be faithful customers for years to come!!

I am so disappointed!I called this compony 2 times because I needed a technician to service a plotter, and they gave me different prices each time.I talked to my boss and got back to them to confirm the last price that they said, obviously I asked the last price to check if it does not change again! and the person on the phone (who was a man) was so rude to me and said that I am wasting his time!!!I asked him to respect their clients, but he told me that he feels offended and he doesn't want to do the service for me anymore!I Never had such experience before!

Nobody likes having issues or having a repairman come to your workplace. Its annoying and frustrating when things just don't work.Having said that, you'll probably have to have a technician or repairman come at some point. My experience with Lasercorp staff was exemplary. I won't go into excruciating detail, but I've never had such a pleasant experience from start to finish. I don't know if its a testament to the day I was having but the experience was pleasurable from beginning to end.I was having issues with scanning and I felt like the technicians knowledge of the problem, and readiness to help was beyond what I have experienced in the past. Also, the customer service skills from the technician were again amongst the best I've experienced. Usually, you get someone with a lot of know-how and literally says nothing except a grunt hello followed by, its finished sign here.Happy with the service is an understatement but I find myself no longer dreading technical failures in the future knowing that the resolution will ultimately be my satisfaction once again.
