Every time we need home, car, motorcycle, ATV, or even trailer insurance, Jocelyn always explains all the options so we fully understand what we are buying, and helps us find the perfect balance so we are fully covered, without over insuring. She even noticed an error in our home assessment that eventually lead to a small refund from the city!! Jocelyn and her coworkers are a treat to deal with, we have been going there for years and will be for years to come! Thank you :)

I came into the Aulds Road branch and was greeted by the ladies with a Good Morning" and how may we help you. I was renewing my truck insurance and Jen helped me with my renewal and was very helpful in answering my numerous questions into the NEW ICBC policies. I find the Aulds Road branch very courteous and helpful in making sure I have the proper insurance on my vehicles and updates in any new coverages. Thank you Jen and ladies for your professionalism."

I came to Western coast insurance and experience a fast, friendly and helpful experience. This was after we initially tried a competing provider in the next building, but the competition had a minimum 30 min wait and poor attitude.

Caroline Ray was simply outstanding in her care and service while dealing with the challenges of transfer of information from MPIC to ICBC. After 4 days of frustration caused by the transfer we have both cars licensed and insured thanks to Caroline. Excellent, professionally competent and friendly service, what more could one hope for. Was told over the phone that I had to come in and pay $18 for a copy of a previous insurance policy from 2020 car insurance. Easily spent that much in gas going there, only to find out that last year’s policy is stored in a storage facility in Vancouver and it’s not available. Two other insurance companies told me they don’t charge, and they can pull their documents as they have to be kept on file for 7 years. I will no longer be renewing any further insurance through Westland Insurance at Coast Capital on Aulds Rd in Nanaimo.
