Extremely knowledgeable staff. Very nice attitudes and the woman even walked through the store explaining to me what various things I had questions about. I couldn't have had a better experience. Very well done. The only recommendation I could give is to have signage further from the store so the driver has time to slow down in the 80 zone.

Very friendly and extremely accommodating. Great service! Angus worked through a heavy downpour to install a new awning motor to get us back on the road without having to cancel our camping reservations. Thank you thank you!

My wife and I just left home travelling on the 401on our way to the East Coast when I experienced an electrical issue with our trailer. The wiring harness connecting the trailer to my vehicle was dragging on the road and badly damaged. I called Lens RV who kindly made a call to Sweets who agreed to fix it as soon as I got there. The repair took about a half hour and when I asked how much, I was told there would be no charge. Unbelievable. Great people. Don’t hesitate to call them.

If I could give 6 stars I certainly would. My family and I are currently travelling fron Montreal with a 2021 Motor home we rented. Midway through our trip there was a pretty major water leak that was causing damage to the RV and also putting a damper on our time away. After calling numerous repair places and getting no assistance I spoke with Charlene at Steve Sweets RV and although they had repair scheduled for the next 3 weeks she understood the impact this issue had on our family vacation and went out of her way to give me access to a technician the next day when I would be travelling near Trenton. When I got there they took control of the situation and solved my issue quicky while being professionnal and very friendly. I left there wanting them to charge me more than they had because I felt so appreciative but all they wanted was to know they had a satisfied customer on their hands. I wish all businesses had the same quality service. Go to Steve Sweets RV! You won't regret it!!! They saved our vacation!

Angus at Steve Sweets Rv fixed our Western Plow wiring issue in a hour.. The staff is very polite and professional, I highly recommend you check them out for all your snowplow and trailer needs.

I needed some advice regarding a few concerns I had with our travel trailer. After doing some research on-line as to who offered RV service in the area, Steve Sweets RV got my attention from the excellent reviews on Google. I took my trailer there yesterday and Angus came out and looked at the trailer, gave me directions/advice on what I should do regarding my concerns and didn't ask anything for his time. I will definately be purchasing any parts etc. I need from Steve and any service that is beyond my abilities will be going to Steve Sweets RV.

Very friendly and reasonably priced. I rolled in with a list of items that needed attention and was pleasantly surprised all was attended too in less than 2 days. This also included a roof reseal which they pointed out to me as they were tending to my other items. Thank you, I will be back in the future!

In October 2020 I contacted them for a price only for a part for my RV .They showed up at my RV park without me knowing. Had to ask my campsite owner which lot I was on and got her to let them in. All this without me knowing , as I had only asked for a price . I was deciding what to do with my RV after losing my job . The repair is expensive so I told them it would have to wait . They then stayed that ( I owed them for the service call regardless ) . The one I didn’t ask for ?? Now I’m ready to get the work done and I’m on the black list because I refused to pay for this service call I did not ask for. Or authorize . Wow !!!They claim this is how they conduct their business and will continue to do so . So for comparisons sake, if they call a man to ask for a part for say their furnace .. the guy has the right to show up without them knowing and them saying the had to pay for it ? No other companies I know that would ever even think of it !!I’m absolutely appalled they would do this to anyone
